Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yes I made an appointment but I called and left a message which they should have itTelling them that I was SICK WITH PNEUMONIA AND I COULD NOT MAKE ITKNOWING THAT I was sick I do not believe that they were expecting me and bought any materialthat was NOT discussed went to talk to them This are excuses that they are trying to find nowThat was not the caseThey are used to do this to the client and then keep the money.these are liesI still would like to get my money refundedI don not believe there wewre any material involved or money spent by the dentist In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

You agreed to the treatment and left a deposit you have a $credit with the officewhenever you are ready to continue the treatment please give us a callthank you

After the consultation with the doctor you signed and agreed to the $treatment for a same day denture You were scheduled for the denture for the following week which required a deposit You never showed up for that appointment The main reason why a deposit is taken is
because materials are ordered to make the denture and only one denture can be made in one day Thats why you left a deposit of $to order the materials and to reserve the appointment for the same day denture

That was not the case. They are used to do this to the client and then keep the money.these are lies. I still would like to get my money refunded. [redacted] came in for some dental work. After several fitting and adjustments she was unhappy. This was resolved on 5/*/16 thanks
