They have side stepped the issues of
rudeness, ignoring my calls and emails, they sent out the adjuster on the 8th and it's now the 15th I have yet to receive a call or anything from my in house adjuster They sent him out almost a month after I sent in the required documents they had asked for Which the previous adjuster had told me there wouldn't be an issue with I want everything done to make this wrap up as soon as possible and everything they have told me up to this point has been a lie I don't trust them and I am sure after all this they will probably cancel my policyI just don't think they are trying nearly as hard as they claim to make this process move faster

Dear *** ***
This is in response to your June 11, additional correspondence to the Revdex.com regarding your automobile policyI appreciate the opportunity to further respond
You stated in your correspondence to the Revdex.com, that you contacted your bank and filed a dispute on the charges from Liberty Mutual InsuranceTherefore, as a result of the dispute, the April 1, and May 1, EFT payments were returned unpaid by your bank on May 29,
A $final bill was issued to you June 2, due June 22, reflecting premium due for coverage provided through the March 15, cancellation dateThe $balance remains due
The premium balance owed is supported by the policy documents previously issued to youYour Declarations page confirmed the premium applicable to this policyThe billing history detailed every payment remitted, the credit applied to your policy for the unused portion of the policy term along with your returned payments
While we appreciate your concern, your contention that the balance is fraudulent is unsupported and inconsistent with what occurred

Dear Mr***,This is in response to your January 23, correspondence to the Revdex.com regarding your homeowner policy I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns This policy initiated effective January 31, with an annual premium of $ A
policy packet issued to you January 2, confirming the coverage applicable to this policy and the annual premium Renewal documents issued to you December 30, for the upcoming January 31, renewal The annual premium for the renewal policy term as shown on the Declarations page is $995. You reference you viewed your renewal documents online and a $premium was listed However, the information you viewed was the current policy term which expires January 31, 2015.At Liberty Mutual Insurance, we are very serious about our obligation to offer our policyholders a competitive premium while remaining financially secure Maintaining this balance means we must periodically review our rates and make necessary adjustments Some of the factors that impact overall rates include the increasing costs of repairs, medical expenses, the frequency and severity of claims and our collective loss experience in the state of Georgia. In addition, the percentage amount of your New Roof discount was decreased with your January 31, renewal Although your policy may be eligible for this discount for several years, the percentage allotted for this discount decreases each year as the policy ages. Your dwelling coverage amount (Coverage A) increased from $173,to $177,due to your selection of an optional Inflation Protection endorsement This endorsement automatically adjusts your dwelling amount, if needed, at each renewal in anticipation of any expected changes in the cost to repair your house as construction and labor costs increase However, you also receive a credit on your policy with this endorsement.Another factor in your renewal premium change is the removal of the Multi-Policy discount effective the January 31, renewal During the initial policy term this discount was included contingent on the implementation of an automobile policy; however, a review of your discount eligibility at renewal determined a corresponding automobile policy was not implemented and this discount was subsequently removed If an automobile policy was initiated with Liberty Mutual Insurance, the annual premium for this policy would be reduced from $to $ Insurance rates are also based upon the company's underlying costs and statistical data Your policy term is for one year and your premium may subsequently be adjusted at renewal Premium is determined using a sophisticated rating structure with multiple factors considered.Your premium appropriately reflects your risk profile and your good claims history I am unable to adjust your premium unless you are eligible for additional discounts or we implement coverage changes The policy term was paid in full by your mortgagee However, if you obtain alternate coverage, a pro-rata credit will be issued to you for the unearned premium Mr***, you are a valued customer and we thank you for allowing us to provide for your insurance needs since We hope to continue to do business with you If you would like a policy review or have further questions or concerns, please contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Care SpecialistCustomer Care UnitPersonal Insurance Distribution OperationsPhone: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-####

Dear Ms***,This is in response to your December 16, correspondence to the Revdex.com regarding your homeowner policy I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns This policy initiated effective September 13, and subsequently renewed each year,
most recently September 13, After consecutive renewal bills issued to you August 13, and September 15, remained unpaid, a cancellation notice issued to you October 8, indicating a minimum payment of $was required prior to October 23, to prevent cancellation of this policy No payment was received and this policy therefore cancelled effective October 23, for non-payment of premium An $bill issued to you October 29, due November 18, reflecting premium due for coverage provided through the October 23, cancellation date An email reminder was issued November 20, reminding you to remit payment of $to avoid collection activity When payment was not received, this balance was referred to collections December 8, Liberty Mutual uses a third party vendor, Credit Collection Services (C.C.S.), to secure past due premium owed for cancelled policies Policyholders are referred to C.C.Swhen their policy has cancelled and the balance is not paid within days after the final bill due date The $balance remains due for coverage afforded through the cancellation date We have no records to reflect you previously requested cancellation of this policy When we spoke December 19, 2014, you indicated you did not obtain alternate coverage until after September 13, 2014; however, you also did not wish to provide me with details regarding the inception of your new policy If alternate coverage was obtained prior to the October 23, cancellation date, I would be happy to amend the cancellation date to reflect the date alternate coverage was secured Please provide me with a copy of your new carrier's Declaration page confirming the inception date of your new policy if you would like to pursue this option This information may be sent to me by email or facsimile Upon receipt of this documentation, the cancellation date will be amended and balance due revised accordingly Ms***, a billing history is enclosed for your review If you have further questions or concerns, please contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Care SpecialistCustomer Care UnitPersonal Insurance Distribution OperationsPhone: *** Fax: ***Enclosure

I still feel I
should have been informed of the Short Rate Cancellation Fee when I called to cancel my policy. If I was told about the fees I may have kept my insurance with them until the renewal time. Unfortunately I was NOT given that option as I was NOT told about the fees. I feel it is very poor customer service for Liberty Mutual to not inform their customers about all Fees associated with any changes to their policy. I don't feel I should pay for any fees that I was not told about.

Dear Ms***,
This is in response to your January 8, correspondence to the Revdex.com regarding your automobile policyI appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns and I regret the difficult circumstances that prompted your letter
After consecutive bills sent
to you remained unpaid, a cancellation notice issued to you on November 24, advising remittance of $was required prior to December 9, to avoid cancellationSince no payment was received, this policy cancelled for non-payment of premium effective December 9, After cancellation, a $1,bill issued to you on December 16, due January 5, reflecting the balance due for coverage afforded through the December 9, cancellation dateThe $1,balance remains due
Due to your payment history and loss that occurred while your policy lapsed, this policy is not eligible for reinstatementTo be eligible for reinstatement, there must be no prior non-payment cancellations and reinstatements within the past twelve months and no losses on or after the cancellation dateThis policy previously cancelled for nonpayment on August 30, and was reinstatedIn addition, your December 20, accident occurred after this policy had already cancelled
You have the option to request implementation of a new policy going forward with remittance of the annual premium in full for the new policyThe $1,outstanding balance owed for this policy would also need to be satisfied prior to implementing a new policy
There is no grace period where coverage extends after a policy cancelsWe are unable to afford coverage for your loss as your policy was no longer in force
Ms***, I have enclosed a billing history for your reviewPlease feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concernsI will be happy to assist you

Dear Ms***,This is in response to your March 3, correspondence to the Revdex.com regarding your policies Please accept my apology for the difficulty you encountered after we processed a payment you did not anticipate I regret the inconvenience this matter has
caused I attempted to contact you by telephone to further discuss your concerns; however, I was unsuccessful reaching you I have provided feedback to the appropriate management to review and address to prevent a recurrence of your concern. ***At the policy inception, you selected monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as your preferred billing method However, the EFT was discontinued per your instructions on February 10, Our records reflect you contacted our sales office February 27, and the monthly EFT payments were resumed at your request with a withdrawal date of the 27th Since our sales office did not expect the EFT payment to be processed the same day we also accepted a $payment by telephone from you at that time However, in addition to the $payment, a $EFT payment was also processed February 27, After notified of your concern, we issued a $refund directly to your account on March 4, In addition to the $refund, a $reimbursement check was issued to you March 6, for the fee assessed by your financial institution as confirmed by the bank statement you provided In order to review your request for reimbursement of additional fees you incurred as a result of this billing issue, documentation is required A signed statement on letterhead from your landlord/property owner is an example of acceptable documentation This information may be submitted to the fax number listed below Your billing method was changed from EFT to direct bill at your request With direct bill, fewer bills issue and a $installment fee is applicable to each bill which results in a higher payment amount Instead of five remaining EFT payments to pay your $1,premium balance, there are only three bills scheduled in the amount of $($1,divided by three plus $4) with the next bill due April 16, 2015.***This policy was cancelled effective February 11, at your request A $bill issued to you February 10, due March 2, reflecting premium due for coverage provided through the February 11, cancellation date The $balance remains due.Ms***, you are a valued customer and we thank you for allowing us to provide for your insurance needs since If you have further questions or concerns, please contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you.Sincerely,*** ***
