Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/23) */ It was with great concern that we received this complaint letter, as we take pride in ensuring each of our customer's satisfaction with our companyWe started researching the issue immediately upon receipt of this notification and have emailed [redacted] Carlson with the Revdex.com of the steps we have taken to investigate this matter from the time we rec'd notification of this complaintFirst and foremost, we wanted to make certain to contact the customer to learn all specifics of this complaint, and we personally as owners, wanted to extend our apologies for any undo stress this had caused herWe were not previously made aware of this issue and have started an internal investigation, as well as an investigation with the Distributor (Ferguson) and the Manufacturer (Weil McLain)As we learn of specifics of this issue we have requested to keep all parties (our company, the customer, the Distributor and Manufacturer)well informed via email that includes everyoneWe accept full responsibility for any miscommunication that took place with the customer about not servicing in the Steele, ND area as that is inaccurateWe installed the boiler and were only called mos later to service the boiler for the first timeThere are times, however, that we are not able to provide "same day" service due to travel and possible road conditions (winter and ice/storms) and schedulingWe are currently working with the customer, distributor and manufacturer to reach a resolution for this customer, as she stated that when she was able to get another mechanical contractor to finally come look at her boiler issues, and after his check he informed her that "the boiler was installed correctly and the boiler was working properly," other than these sediment issues she was havingAll he was able to do for her was to take sediment samples to send into the manufacturer at that time and she is waiting to hear back on thatSince we are just learning of this issue as owners, we will continue our investigation and continue to keep all informed, including emails to [redacted] of the Revdex.com, but most importantly work side by side the customer to help provide full details and a resolution(please see additl emails to [redacted] )
