Review: Hired to install nannycam security camera audio visual system. Guaranteed to work on my handheld device remotely to view and hear nanny w my baby as I returned to work. They promised to install and setup the system w tech support if there were any issues. They did the setup and left without setting it up on our devices saying its very easy to do. My husband has a masters and works in computer engineering and has the latest [redacted] with 26 GB of free memory. so has a very good handle on these products and a good device so we said we would set it up. We tried to set it up after they left but it didnt work. We have no sound that was guaranteed. We contacted them numerous times; perhaps over 10 times. We initially received texts that they were working w tech support at the camera company which is overseas. They told me an IT person would come. No callbacks. No tech person came. They did not return any calls. They did not come. I left many messages. I told them I was going to reverse charges. Then they said they would call me that night. never did. Then I called them; ignored my calls. I called them from a different number and then they answered and told me they would call me back. Never did; that was 3 days ago. It has been 2 weeks since install with the promised support and that it would have audio and visual. It does not work. After researching they chose a camera with poor reviews. My complaint is not with the camera it is with the lack of tech support or care or initiative to fix the product after I paid them over $2000 for a four camera system. They say they can prove it works bc they logged into our house and say they can hear us and have proof. I told them thats good that they can get it to work so can they come to me and get it to work on my device now. They never did, never responded and never came. I reversed my [redacted] charges and now will have to hire another company.Desired Settlement: we have audio and visual from the home cameras on our handheld devices.
