Good Morning [redacted] First and foremost wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to [redacted] complaint and hope that you will help us resolve this in a satisfactory manner for all of us.I also promise to make this as short as possible while still given you ONLY the facts which are stated below.On Tuesday July 28, [redacted] contacted us to get help with two (2) laptops that where not in good working conditionIn fact she said thatLaptop was completely unusable with a ( broken screen, bad keyboard)Laptop is very slow and thinks it may have a virus.Based on all this we gave her a quote which included (labor, tax, full maintenance on computers, pickup, return, and a full year warranty with a cost of $359.89) and of course it was contingent to a full evaluation.She responded in an email with (Okay let's get them up and running ASAP)Next we set up a pick up of her laptops for a full evaluation which revealed the following.Laptop ( broken screen, bad hard drive, non working keyboard) Laptop ( very slow, had a few viruses and no anti-virus protection)We then provided [redacted] with our findings and the solutions which also included an additional cost of $for a new 500gb hard drive.Services performed on laptopwhere- ( new screen, new keyboard, new hard drive, memory upgrade to 4gb, re-installing the original operatingsystem and many other software including a new anti-virus as well as doing a full data retrieval and restore to the new hard drive)(Laptop included removing viruses, full maintenance, anti-virus protection)At the end of the day [redacted] final bill was $and she got back fully operable laptopsConsequently we had many discussions and made multiple trips to her home to investigate numerous claimsNeedless to say we run many test that did not reveal any hardware issues.At this point we went ahead and fine-tuned her laptop with the specific programs, browser, tool bar, facebook, etc so she would have a better experience.All this has amounted to over hours of trying very hard to help her.Our last attempt to help her was offered on September 15, which I have included below however I believe based on her response she wants more.Please help us resolve this(Option ?" To completely replace your laptop with a new inch touch screen windows tablet for $dollarsOption - To completely replace your laptop with certified refurbished windows 7, or laptop for $dollarsOption 3- To completely replace your laptop with a New windows 7, or laptop for $dollarsAll these solutions have big discounts attached just let me know what’s better for you and I will send you details on the specifications)? To whom this may concern:This letter is being written in response to a complaint by *** ***Typically insurance carriers do not cover compression hose at the lower compression levels but since we were not a provider for her insurance we could not check coverageWhen someone comes in with
insurance we always check for coverage if we are a providerWe were not trying to misinform her we simply were not unaware that her policy covered them.I have contacted Ms*** and advised her that we are willing to give her a full refund and take the compression stockings backI sincerely apologize that Ms*** was not happy with our serviceIn the future should she someone come in with that same insurance we will definitely advise them to call their own insurance company and check for coverage.Sincerely,Julie B***

I am rejecting this response because:Information from Mrs***:Purchased date: 4/13/of said medical device5/14/16: Faxed paper work and receipts to BC/BS, Adv Medical gave a copy of Delivery Ticket, and was informed by billing repit was not filled out right and
that she would fix it.5/27/16: Went back Adv Medical to make sure things were fixed after receiving notice of our PayFlex was going to be suspended because AdvMedical did fix itRepfrom AdvMedical looked things up and said that they still haven't received anything yetI told them that our card would be suspended if this was not taken care of as soon as possiblePayFlex gave us a deadline.6/9/16: Talked to BC/BS and they told me the big portion of the bill had been credited back to the account, but still had an amount of $left to be taken care ofIt was an over paymentI called back to AdvMedical and account rep said she would refund the amount back to the card.6/13/16: Talked to BC/BS, still hasn't lifted suspension of card; a credit of was still not showing on the accountWent back to AdvMedical, account rep pulled up the EOBs and made me a copy of refund receipt for meSadly, AdvMedical sent us a check for and did NOT credit account as saidReturned check to AdvMedicalWent back home, faxed items back to BC/BS.6/16/16:BC/BS finally credited account back and suspension lifted. Wanted my returned to me because of the above and from previous issues

I am rejecting this response because: They are asking for more moneyThe problem my laptop is now having was not an initial problem I sent my laptop to PCmacnerds for from the startI sent my laptop to them for a broken keyboard and a cleaning to make it run faster and stop long bufferingIt came back with a shutting off problemTell me why I should pay the additional funds? I am very upset I have been !00% honestOnly a fool would pay more money to the company they believe damaged their propertyThey should be paying me BUT I am NOT seeking moneyI just wanted my laptop to STOP shutting offI thought they could repair itIt was NOT shutting off before they serviced itMy complaint was a broken keyboard and slow running laptopI have no complaints concerning the second laptop the repairedThe gave my other laptop a new screen and a cleaningIt still runs slow but it runs and stays onI will take my laptop to Best Buy as soon as I am able toRight now I do not have any extra fundsThey know I am disabled and live with a disabled sonI believe I am not getting respect because of my living situationI will let Best Buy do what needs to be doneI wish I could afford to have it done now but I have to wait until after the holidays

NO ONE LAP TOP HAD TWO MAJOR PROBLEMSOne lap top had a broken screen, the other had the broken keyboardHow do you go from a broken keyboard to a lap top that will not stay on anymoreThey are lying I have all of my emails and I can prove their liesThey had two of my lap topsThe? laptop with the broken keyboard was still usableWe used a keyboard that we downloaded and used the cursor to hit keys on the screenIt took forever but it? worked but we just? had to use a downloaded? "on screen keyboard"I decided to get the keyboard fixedThe other had a broken screen came on? but didn't workThe one with the broken screen? that was in worse condition actually came on but didn't functionIt is the laptop where they put in a hard drive (that I believe? was not needed) that on? will not come on at all nowIt was shutting down on me ever since they returned it to meBoth ran slow but neither had been diagnosed with a virus.? The brag about extras they gave me that were not asked for but what good are they if the unit doesn't stay onThey can take back the extra? memory I just want it up and runningThere is no need for lies to enter the picture I have been honestThe staff was greatThey tried to please me and were very friendly but I still believe? someone gave me a hard drive that was not needed and that the? hard drive is causing all the shutting down because shutting down was not one of my issuesI do not want a new unit and I do not have anymore money to spend? againOne lap top? ? ? ? had a broken screen and the other had? a broken keyboardLIES pure lies? but I have all my emails dated and with every wordI want it fixed where it stays on and no extras

My apologies as I must have not paid thorough enough attention to the request about the resolution of the complaint. I was able to return the product and get a refund so I am satisfied with the results.  I greatly appreciate your assistance.[redacted]
