We use an auto dialer to make outbound callsWhen merchants press 1, our company name is immediately disclosed twice, once in the recording prior to us answering the phones and again when we take the callEvery single call is recorded and at no time in this call did we ever allege to be any company other than Advanced Merchant ServicesAdditionally, when we send out to the forms to upgrade the terminal based on the prospect changing their credit card processing to us, the forms all have our name and logo on themTo further disclose in the first paragraph of the free placement form we clearly tell the merchant that we are not their current credit card processing company I'm sorry the merchant felt misled and had a poor experienceBased on the nature of the complaint, I am willing to WAIVE the contractual obligation of the $early termination fee upon receipt of our terminal and a letter of cancellation

Billing occurs based on when the merchant account was approved as per the signed agreementTo satisfy the frustration, we are more than willing to refund the amount we charged, $We cannot refund fees we didn't charge (a bank nsf)

We outsource our marketing efforts to a National Company that follows the regulations of each StateHowever, Phone number, ###-###-#### has been removed from our database as requested

Good Afternoon, This merchant was approved in July of and sent the free terminal as requestedWe did not receive a cancellation letter or our terminal back until Jan 2016, six months laterThe billing was as per the contract based on the services being renderedWe couldn't have cancelled the account without a request of cancellation and receipt of our equipment which just occurred this monthJan will be the final draft and we will close the account as requested with the final contractual feesMerchants have days to cancel without any early termination fee, in this case it was over six monthsHowever, as requested we will close the account and process the final bill

We do not have a record of receiving the terminal until MarchHowever, we will refund January-March, the full three months to satisfy the complaint if that will make her happy

Review: I receive weekly phone calls from this company in regards to updating credit card terminals. We don't have credit card terminals. I call the number from the recorded message and got someone's personal cell phone and she was very aggravated that people keep calling her thinking they are getting this business. I have no idea if the given address of the business I selected is the one who is sending out the advertisements, as there are several listed. I chose the one closest to my business.Desired Settlement: Since we do not have credit card terminals, please remove us from your calling list and please check the phone number in your prerecorded message to be sure it is correct!

Review: Unsolicited phone calls regarding a product we do not use with no option to remove our number from their call list.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting our business/wasting our time.

You need to include an "opt-out" option in your pre-recorded phone message.

Review: This company keeps calling our phone numbers after I have repeatedly asked them to remove our number and this is a place of business. Also they will call both lines at one time which ties up both lines and our patients are unable to get in touch with us if they need to.
