stated in her complaint, Plus members do, indeed, receive up to miles per towClassic members, however, are limited to free miles per towDue to our contractual obligations with AAA, our drivers are required to use the information provided by AAA dispatchers and are unable to mitigate any discrepancies.Complainant:The driver never provided any paperwork.Answer:We provide a copy of the tow ticket to each customerIf the complainant would like us to mail her a copy, we would be glad to do soIf you would like a copy via email, I will track it down and get it to you.Complainant:Complained to AAA that she had no receiptAnswer:AAA offered her a $discount off of her annual renewalWe believe this is more than fair, especially as the original towing fee was within the scope of her membershipIf AAA was wrong, and she was a Plus member and not a Classic member then her complaint is with AAA not with Meinking'sIf you require anything additional, please feel free to contact me.*** ***[email protected]***
