I am rejecting this response because: The manager, *** stated clearly to me on December the day I came in to make payment on my unit I am in that office every month because I pay with my bank debit card It has not been a year because I just got this storage in June *** never stated to me about a digital system and how long theory keep the data As witness by my grandson, who is years old *** said guest the tape had been erased I asked if anyone viewed the video the day my items were taken He said that the tape was erased There was a problem, my storage was broken into and no one wants to take the responsibility Each time I was on that property...*** was there also I don't have a problem with people doing there job But I do have a problem with a business that I thought I trusted and a few months later I was rob of my personal goods as well as changing the lock on my storage *** had the female coworker to cut the lock off and he kept the lock

Review: I have stored household goods at Advance Mini Storage. Went to make my monthly payment and found that my storage had been vandalize. I tried to use my key to open the lock but discovered it was not my lock at all. I contacted the manager on duty named, [redacted]. I asked if they changed my lock and he said they did not. Someone had broken my lock off and place a different lock on my storage. The manger had one of the workers to cut the lock off. As We looked inside and found that lots of items had been taken. The manager stated that I need to file my insurance. My guestion to him was what is your responsibility in this? You have 24 hour surveillance and I asked to review the tapes. He told me that the tape has been erased. He ( the manager, [redacted] ) stated to me that maybe it was someone who knew I had this storage....I said to him no because I don't deal with those types of people. He then said to me that my storage was between business storages only. Mine being the only personal property. Why would he tell me that I thought? I believe this incident is an inside job and the co worker name Steve used to cone around my unit every time I was on that property to check on my storage. I lost several collection of items with a value of at least $2500.00 and Advance Mini Storage will not hold any responsibility for my loss.Desired Settlement: I would like if any that Advance Mini Storage take some type of responsibility for their part in what appears to be a cover up. Remember the tapes were erased when I inquired about them. When I asked about the coworker named [redacted]...they said he was in the hospital...[redacted] was the only one who I saw hanging by my storage when I was on the property. I know he saw what was in my storage. He was there. Also witness by my grandson, who is now 11 years old. My storage was between business owners

We use a digital system which keeps the data for approximately 2+ months, with an option to save permanently any video when there is a problem. When Ms. [redacted] said she has been to the unit at least once a month, we checked the records to discover it had actually been almost a year since coming on the property. As for the employee named [redacted], he has been with this company for over 10 years. He is an extremely honorable person. It is his job to check on people when they are on the facility. I trust him with watching my house when away.
