According to our  records in the computer Mr. [redacted] was contacted 3 times via phone call to set up delivery & installation.  All this information is noted in our computer system and the contractor's system we work for [redacted].  We also can't control when product comes in to our warehouse.  We have 7 days to get the product out of our warehouse and delivered and installed or we don't get paid.  We did this delivery in 4 days from the time we received it.  As for the assembly issues, I can guarantee it was assembled correctly.  We would have been paid for the installation of the  treadmill had it not been installed correctly.  The contractor [redacted] has quality control technicians that check out our work all the time.  And there is no possible way that pieces were just sitting on top of each other in the treadmill build.  There is nothing that can do that.  If this was true they would have sent a technician to come out and install this properly.  That did not happen because it was installed properly.  I have learned over time that everyone wants something for free.  I would own up to this if it was true.  I have been in business long enough to know when I mess up.Sincerely,Josh H[redacted]

[redacted] Dear [redacted] / Operations Team,I am writing in response to complaint #[redacted] about the moving and installation company.For some reason your email came up on my phone but never on my home computer and wastrying to figure out how to get it.We have received our mattress. Although we had set up a delivery date on 10/24/2017 theydelivered a week later on 11/2/2017.The company stated they attempted delivery on 10/24/2017 with multiple calls to our house( lhave caller Id, how stupid do they think we are?) ,and took pictures as they are instructed if customer is not home. My husband was here all daylong, he contacted the company when they hadn't showed up, they said they would call rightback when they found out what happened to the delivery. They never called back that day. Icancelled an appointment to be here in case they happened to be late. I called their company noanswer. I called the mattress company and they really couldn't tell me anything. I wanted themto know what kind of service they're delivery company was doing. After calling and waitingthat is when I thougt of contacting Revdex.com.If they have a picture of my house my bet is it was the day they did deliver.Also if you notice in there statement "that was the earliest we could get to her In due to thelocation of her home." Then why didn't they call and change the date instead of letting us putour day and appointments aside to wait for them.Hopefully they don't get away with it. I don't think it's a very good way to run a business.Thank you for considering my complaint,[redacted]
