I moved the ***'s on Friday July 29th. I was contacted by Mr*** on august 3, to discuss the damage to his TV and a neon beer signAt that time I told Mr*** that I would make good on the TV by fixing the cracked screen or if not fixable I would replace the TV even though my
liability according to the contract that was signed and initialed by the customer my liability is per poundAs far as the neon sign the contract also states that sufficient packing material must be used if packed by owner and this was not packed in the proper box or packing material. The TV also should have been packed in a TV carton by the ownerMy offer was not satisfactory to Mr*** and he subsequently filed this report with the Revdex.comTherefore I am reverting back to the contract which is initialed by Mrs*** stating liability is per poundThe cents a pound is industry standard for all moving companies and we always inform our customers and have them initial the contract on guideline The ***'s say their TV is valued at $but I have attached a screenshot showing brand new it is $I have also attached a picture of the back of their TV showing the model and a copy of the signed contract.
