January 14, 2017I left a voice message for Advanced Nurse Transport on Wednesday, January and Thursday, January 12, My message said that I was calling regarding a bill [redacted] and I gave them my telephone number I have not received a return call The number I called was ###-###-####I am sorry that you closed my case because you did not receive a response from me within the 10-day period I feel that nothing was resolved and nothing was answered

December 23, 2016Dear ***,I am the billing office manager representing Advanced Nurse Transport Service regarding the ID # stated aboveWe are saddened to have received our first letter from the Revdex.com in the years we have been in businessWe are a small Emergency/Nonemergency ambulance
company with a notable reputation for great Service, both in the field and in the officeIn regards to the matter written into the Revdex.com, we did indeed transport the gentleman mentioned in the letterThe documentation received for the patient shared a *** Medicare card, which at the time we were a non-participating providerWe were awaiting a re-validation requestWe had no evidence of a *** insuranceWe billed *** *** three times after the transport with a message that indicated this, as we do with all of our patientsOffering the usual help and assistance on a private pay rate or possibility of another coverage (which we do take most *** products, depending on what he has- although we are now past timely filing acceptance)One of the bills was returned by *** *** of *** and the other two statements we never received a phone call or return letter requestAfter the third notice a representative from our office called the *** *** office and left a message on 3/12/Indicating we needed further information to bill and no one returned our phone callFollowing no return call the bill unfortunately was submitted to *** *** *** in May (Whom we no longer use *** Collections Agency due to failure to process our claims)We began using a different collections agency recently, who we did indeed turn the collections notice over to on this gentleman in November 2016, to try to close any existing or unpaid claimsAs we had no other information for billing for *** *** in our possession and after mailings and Phone call attempt to the facility we then divert the account to collections whom spends more time locating proper billing parties and such.*** *** is currently our Collections Agency and have they made tremendous Strides in helping us complete claims and locate proper billing parties for patients, when we run out of options in our officeAfter the daughter received the collections notice, had she called us directly we certainly would have taken care of this matter with her immediatelyHowever, we were not called and you were contactedWe do work very hard, especially with our elders, facilities and families to make sure everyone is taken care of in the most pleasant way we possibly canWe would have certainly taken care of this matter with her direct, but again we did not get a phone call from her to have that opportunityWe are still more then willing to help in anyway possiblePlease pass along the information and please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.Sincerely,Kate W***Billing Manager
