applied repeatedly due to the ice build-up. The concrete had never been sealed to provide some level of protection. Advanced Concrete can not be held responsible for workmanship or customer abuse.

no one contacted me and no one came to my property to revise the concrete, no one has gotten in contact with me from Advance Concrete. I was researching and concrete is suppose to last up to 200 years. their mixture is not correctly done and that is why the concrete is crumbling and falling apart, and I also have two different colors. how is that explained? this issue needs to be fixed before they continue to rip off cusatomers.

As we noted previously, in this instance, we determined that the concrete had not been sealed to provide some level of protection. Moreover, the concrete was damaged by salt that had been applied repeatedly.
