excellent customer [redacted] meet and exceed customer’s expectations, and provide the best of our [redacted].   We have met with the client several times, more than usual, leading up to her wedding date to make sure that all details of her wedding, including any questions or concerns brought to our attention, were covered and addressed. Each and every single time, the customer left our office satisfied and comfortable. Per our company policy and The Perfect Touch’s contract, which the client signed and agreed to, no changes can be made to an invoice three weeks prior to the event date. However, we made an exception to these terms and accommodated to the client’s needs. In essence, all changes, questions, and requests were addressed and handled despite the three week mark.   It is to our understanding, based on a phone call conversation between The Perfect Touch and the client, [redacted], the only complaint made against our company was a decorative ceremony arch collapsing due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God, which was beyond our control. After being notified that the arch had collapsed the day of the event date, The Perfect Touch returned to the site of the event to adjust and fix the fallen arch. Despite our several attempts to enter the location of the event and our attempt to speak with not only the bride, [redacted], but also her mother, we were not permitted to do so.     The Perfect Touch shortly after the phone conversation about the complaint made against our company, we followed up with the client and left a voicemail to notify her that a refund of $750.00 will be issued to her for the said damages once she signed a release of claims agreement. Till this date, the client, [redacted], has not followed up with The Perfect Touch concerning the refund and agreement.   We regret to hear that despite all exceptions made, our complete attention given throughout the entire process, and our best efforts to ensure that the client’s expectations were met, the client was yet not satisfied and instead unhappy with The Perfect Touch’s [redacted].  Our attentions, since the day of her weeding, has been to resolve this matter and come to and agreement with the client, but unfortunately, we feel the client and The Perfect Touch does not see eye to eye on this situation.   Sincerely,   THE PERFECT TOUCH [redacted] 713-523-4567 | [redacted]
