Doctor did not accept me as a patient and said to his PA to refund my copay-I keep getting billed regardless of multiple phone calls to billing
On 11/11/I went to see DrDwho was referred by Dr ***'s hospital ER and was supported by my primary care physician & back surgeon DrM*** in regards to extreme back and ankle pain due to a fall down steps I was doing pt with a therapist in DrM***'s office and undergoing a series of steroid epidurals to see if it would assist lower disk damage In addition I had a yet to be undiagnosed ligament tear in the left ankle which at the time was explained as referred pain from my sciatica nerve I was in StJosephs hospital ER on 11/due to the unbearable pain & they suggested Dr*** as a pain management specialist to corral all of the managed pain with one doctor Both back and primary physicians agreedMy appt with drD*** was on 11/11/at 3: I was finally seen by DrD*** at 4:after waiting over
The wait time was over 2 hours and the level of care and empathy was poor. the Doctor was rude and not at all helpful to my health concerns. I checked the online reviews and all were 1 star and simular complaints.
