The wait time was over hours and the level of care and empathy was poor the Doctor was rude and not at all helpful to my health concernsI checked the online reviews and all were star and simular complaints

Doctor did not accept me as a patient and said to his PA to refund my copay-I keep getting billed regardless of multiple phone calls to billing On 11/11/I went to see DrDwho was referred by Dr [redacted] 's hospital ER and was supported by my primary care physician & back surgeon DrM [redacted] in regards to extreme back and ankle pain due to a fall down steps I was doing pt with a therapist in DrM***'s office and undergoing a series of steroid epidurals to see if it would assist lower disk damage In addition I had a yet to be undiagnosed ligament tear in the left ankle which at the time was explained as referred pain from my sciatica nerve I was in StJosephs hospital ER on 11/due to the unbearable pain & they suggested Dr [redacted] as a pain management specialist to corral all of the managed pain with one doctor Both back and primary physicians agreedMy appt with drD [redacted] was on 11/11/at 3: I was finally seen by DrD [redacted] at 4:after waiting over

I have reviewed this patient’s account.  The payments on this patient account that were overpayments for a specific date of service went to a previous balance from prior dates of service.  I also spoke with our patient collections representative.  She stated she has been in contact...

with this patient’s daughter-in-law multiple times and has tried to explain the situation, but neither the patient nor the daughter-in-law speak much English.  [redacted] CPC, CPMABilling Manager[redacted]

My wife Janet G. F[redacted] has been a patient of Mohammed A[redacted] A[redacted] MD for over a year at the Advanced Pain Care office on S. Mopac Blvd. Each and everytime to this location for her appointments came with problems with some minor and major ones as well. The latest set of problems occurred on an office visit scheduled on the 4th of May 2016 and Dr. A[redacted] requested that she be scheduled for a MRI. This was completed on the 11th of May and the results sent to Dr. A[redacted] at Advanced Pain Care. We did not hear back from them concerning the results, so on the 20th of May I called Advanced Pain Care and left a message to return my call. On the 27th of May I called again only to leave another message. Again on the 1st of June I left another message. During this period I received 1 message on or about the 2nd of June from the Clinical Manager at that location which she apologized for the delay and to return her call. Dr. A[redacted] and his staff totally failed to keep Janet advised of these crucial test results that he ordered on the 4th of May. What a shame on there part to patient care. Janet will not under any circumstances return to the Advanced Pain Care Clinic on S. Mopac Blvd.for treatment effective immediately. Our confidence in this facility and it's employee's tasked with Janet's healthcare has failed her miserably. I rate this Clinic on S. Mopac Blvd as dysfunctional and unresponsive to its patients at least to this one. Janet and I would certainly like to get a response from this clinic but we have certainly tried and failed. What a shame at the way this has been handled by Advanced Pain Care.
