Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below major components had to be completely replaced, and even the company's technicians stated off the record that they should not have failed in that short of time One believed the unit must have been around years old for it to fail that completely and was surprised to learn that it was just slightly a year old As to being out zero dollars, I hope he is not the accountant Only the parts were covered and I was socked with a huge labor bill for a unit that it is clearly defective In fact within a week another aspect of the unit is not working correctly, but I am hesitant to contact them again as I will just get the same line that the unit is not defective; plus be hit with another huge labor cost It is clear the "company" does not care about its customers I do not know how many more breakdowns it will take for them to see the unit has problems (ie defective), but if they are going to maintain that stance then they should in good faith provide free labor to keep fixing it as it breaks down piece by piece I guess I will have to pursue alternative sources to get the matter resolved Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Today I received the first response from you and it states that the matter has been closed because I did not respond I could not respond because I received nothing to respond from I am not satisfied with their settlement I had them there within months of them installing the unit to complain that the new equipment was not reducing my bill as I had been told to expect I did not wait three years to complain When they came out that very first time to inspect the unit and make sure everything was running properly they should have caught it then I was not informed that their system was not functioning until the service tech told me so I am very seldom on that end of my house and when I am it is because I have a house full of company It was their failure to install correctly the first time or to find the issue when I complained the first time Not mine Regards, [redacted]

I take complaints when we receive them very seriously and get them answered in a timely mannerI remember this customer we installed there system in and we replaced his parts under warranty and he paid zero dollarsThere is nothing wrong with his equipment and there will be no need to replace it for any reason as it’s up and running and he has a warranty until

We had our subcontractor go out to the home to repair damage to the clients floorThe client decided he wanted the whole floor replaced so the issue is not with us it's between him and the company we use to make repairs when damage occursWe only agreed to fix the part we damaged and the client wanted the whole floor replaced so that was not what we agreed to doSo we have done our part the issue is between the client now and the floor guy

We will not be refunding the customers money as we provided a service to determine what was wrong with rthe system and the other companies came up with the same diagnosis as we did

We contacted the customer yesterday and told her we will refund the and we gave her a free maintenance plan for yearShe agreed to the refund and the maintenance plan we offered and she is a happy customer again

we will get the filter out to them today.

I'm CHECKING AGAIN TO SEE IF THE WARRANTY IS VALIDWHEN WE CHECKED IT WAS NOT

we installed this system in her home in September of The customer never called us back out to her home until May of so she waited for almost years to call us out to look at her issueI'm willing to give her dollars for her trouble
