In December our tech was in touch with ***He learned of her ant issues. On 12/29/of our techs went over to her house to check out her ant problem. They inspected and gave her an est for a full ant treatment along with a seasonal service quote. Mr***, who was
the one they spoke with, signed the service agreement for both the full ant and seasonal treatments. On 1/9/another of our techs, who lives just down the street from ***s, treated the interior of their home to give them some relief. On 1/28/the same tech went over again to do some more interior treating because they were still having an issueThey were told that we would be back when weather permitted to treat the exterior of their home. On 4/6/the same tech went back to treat exterior of the home for completion of the full ant job. On 5/30/the same tech treated exterior of home and sheds for various ants. This was their 1st seasonal service. On 7/29/a different tech treated exterior of home for general pests, knocked down some wasp nests and removed webs from the home. This was their 2nd seasonal service. A seasonal service is on-going unless we are notified that the customer prefers to be called in advance or cancels. The person that collects past due accounts was trying to get the payment for the seasonal services that were done but when she would call, *** was always to busy or didn't want to talk to her. Soon 11/17/this was turned over to collections. On2/1/the credit bureau called and spoke with our collections person and said that Mr*** called them and said he didn't feel they were responsible for the bill and he was going to report us to the Revdex.com and put us on facebook and the website. Our person told the credit bureau to have Mr*** give her a call which he did. He told her the same thing that he told the credit bureauOur person told him that he signed the service agreement and we did the work and he still owed that. He did say he would pay the credit bureau but would still report us. We have been in business for over years and have always prided ourselves on being honest. We have done for free for people who were financially unable to pay someone to help them out. *** also made a comment to one of our techs that she knows how to get out of paying any bill. We have copies of the work orders and the signed service agreement if you need to take a look at themOur techs are really good at letting people know what they are signing up for
