Review: Company no showed for service call. Company had been providing very poor customer service for several months. Company was offensive to my wife (not the first time). Consequently, we cancelled our service. Company sent us a bill (a fraudelent bill since services were clearly never provided) for final payment.

Thank you very much for following up with me. We did recently receive written communication from Advanced Pest Control. Although the tone of their letter was very unprofessional, they did agree that the bill they sent us was incorrect and inappropriate. The charge was, therefore, removed.

Review: In June of last year (XXXX), I noticed two small bugs in the dining room of my restaurant. The next day I contacted [redacted] at Advanced Pest Control. On June 25th of 2012 I entered into verbal and email communication with [redacted] after I contact Advanced Pest Control concerned about me finding two live pest in my restaurant. I hired APC immediately and made an appointment for the very next day. Over the entire year I continued to inform APC via, email, voicemail and live conversations of my continuing issue with pest. [redacted] the owner blamed the weather, time of year and at times even the chef. On May 17th 2013 I sent an email again complaining about a clearly escalating pest problem. During the last week of June 2013, first week of July 2013; I contacted APC asking for emergency services that APC offer its customers as per our signed contract. [redacted] response was that he was going on vacation with his family. I then asked for [redacted] to send out one of his staff or whoever was covering his customers. [redacted] stated he was on a job and would call me back. I never received a call back from [redacted] I then sent an email asking for a detailed written accounting of all of APC visits to my place of business. One July 2nd [redacted] sent a single invoice to my business email dated 06/26/2013 and wrote that the invoice was to show length of service. On Wednesday July 3th 2013 after [redacted] made a business decision NOT to make an emergency visit as per my request and as per my purchased contract. A second nationally recognized pest company came to my place of business to evaluate my pest problem and provided detailed documentation of my problem as well as full 8x11 sheet report and instructions for me and my staff. Said, company began emergency services on Friday July 5th 2013. On July 7th 2013, I received an email from [redacted] the owner of Advance Pest Control (APC) requesting to come by on a Tuesday at 9:00am to address my escalating problem. I responded to [redacted] on July 8th in writing that [redacted] would no longer be using their services. On Tuesday July 30th 2013, I had an independent commercial building inspector as well as the building owner inspect my unit. The findings were 100% total eradication at an additional cost of $847 dollars.

I want a full refund of my money! Advanced pest control continued to collect money from my business and did nothing to address my problem. I feel taken advanced of and that this vendor who brags about servicing several restaurants, not only has no care about public health and safety. But he had no problem stringing along a female business owner. I contacted [redacted] for help, because I am in food service. He made the problem worst and took payment for it!
