** *** ** *** ***On behalf of Advanced Pest Elimination I was under an understanding that any service related issues with the complainant Ms*** had been discussed and resolved on the 9/28/which is the last service visit to date
Advanced Staff listened and understood part of Ms*** concern and she was issued a discount due to the error that was made in scheduling her appointmentMs*** advised she was going to contact the Revdex.com and that she would not contact them now, due to the fact we had given her a discount for her inconvenience.There was nearly a month gap in service due to communication that took place between her and her landlord that Advanced per***nel were completely unaware ofAdvanced Pest Elimination was initially doing business with Ms***’s landlord, and all communication was done between Ms*** and our customer (Ms*** landlord) who also paid for services performed. Advanced Pest Elimination provided our customer a Day Guarantee with our services providedThe initial service was performed 5/13/A follow up inspection and application was completed on 6/4/on which date Ms*** signed paperwork with our Service Technician clearly stating no further issues were foundOur office had received no further contact from Ms*** until the last week of August. (Note: This was almost months after the follow up inspection)Upon arriving on 8/30/2015, a Service Technician noticed that different furniture had been brought in that was not originally treatedAdvanced Pest Elimination did not inspect this furniture before being brought into the homeAdvanced staff later spoke with Ms*** landlord and she advised that she took care of the treatment costs due to her claiming that she was having bugs prior to her moving inHer landlord stated that she had paid for the service and she was provided paperwork from our office with Ms*** signature stating no further issues were found.Ms*** went on to state in her complaint that electronics were left on the front porch and that no communication was made to her upon completion of the initial serviceOur management spoke with the Service Technician who completed the service and he advised that Ms*** arrived home approximately minutes before his completion at which time he verbally told her that he was almost finished(Note: this conversation took place in the front yard near the front deck)The Service Technician advised that Ms*** left a short time laterThe Service Technician advised that all the items that were brought outside were left on the deck and instructions were given to launder many of the items before returning them insideThese instructions were provided to Ms*** and our office can provide signed documentation on file from Ms*** with her understanding of these preparation items, what to expect before, during, after treatment and additional terms and conditionsMs*** was completely aware of the items that were there.On the August 31 appointment Ms*** was advised over the phone that the Service Technician was running behind due to a prior appointment and he would call when he was getting close to her residenceUpon arrival, Ms*** wanted to be confrontational and speak in a loud voice about us being lateShe advised she was upset with her landlord and that she had taken multiple vacations and would not resolve her matterThis does not happen often and we provide pride ourselves to ensure prompt schedule timesOur technician apologized for being late both times and tried to explain this to Ms*** when he arrived, however both times she was very angry, and would not listen to what he had to sayThe only thing she wanted to do was rebut everything he had to say in a screaming voiceMs*** has continued to question items that she believed were not treated to her standardsAdvanced Pest Elimination follows all label instructions on products and procedures to comply with State Regulation.
