I am writing to follow up on the complaint from Mr [redacted] Please see the attached tariff which is a part of our rules and regulations Mr [redacted] has also taken this complaint to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin We are required to follow our utility's tariff "Payment Not Honored by Financial Institution Charge: The utility shall assess a $charge when a payment rendered for utility service is not honored by the customer’s financial institutionThis charge may not be in addition to, but may be inclusive of, the water utility’s insufficient fund charge when the check was for payment of both electric and water service.” At this time, we are unable to wave this charge from the customers billing statement and advise him to make payment
I am familiar with the situation with Mr***. We understand that he is upset about an additional charge for a payment being returned to MPU. I understand that he is asking for the fee to be waived as he data entered the wrong information prior to hitting the submit
button. We have explained to him that when proper information is not enter by the customer and the payment is returned to us, there is an additional charge of $ 25.00. This is are set tariff amount which is regulated by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. Mr*** also filed a complaint with the PSCW. Mr*** has been informed by the PSCW also that the fee would not be waved. At this time, we are unable to remove the return fee

I am writing to follow up on the complaint from Mr. [redacted]. Please see the attached tariff which is a part of our rules and regulations. Mr. [redacted] has also taken this complaint to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. We are required to follow our utility's tariff. This charge may not be in addition to, but may be inclusive of, the water utility’s insufficient fund charge when the check was for payment of both electric and water service.” At this time, we are unable to wave this charge from the customers billing statement and advise him to make payment.
Review: In March 2015, I moved into a home with a pool. The owner provided me this business contact to maintain the pool, but with a choice of a different company. I was given payment methods from business owner [redacted]. I chose auto debit of $100 per month on the 1st of every month. I gave my financial information to have the company take the money out. In June, I received a email notice that I was past due of $300. I quickly contacted the business and wanted to terminate my business relation as I was not happy that the company did not complete the billing when it was set up to be done in March. The owner apologized and advised he would fix this issue. We made an agreement to start fresh paying the $100 on the 1st of the month and an additional $50 until the arrears would be paid off. Today, I checked my account to find that the company took out $400 (March to July) as if my agreement was nothing to them and ignored the fact how upset I was in the first place when I received billing for $300 but no billings prior to that. Now, they jeopardized my housing payment and other bills.Desired Settlement: Refund me the $250 and keep the agreement with continued services at $150 until arrears is paid and correct the billing for my account properly to aviod this frustration
