Excellent service, excellent response to questions and excellent set up of new equipment for pool.
t is no secret that owning a pool is a luxury, which leaves you vulnerable for people to take advantage of you and over charge. If you own a pool, I guarantee you have experienced this. I have finally found a company that does it right, and does it right the first time. ***, the owner, promptly called me back to schedule a visit. John came within a day or two and did a fantastic job. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist. I will definitely be using them again.

Bryan, the owner of the company was extremely rude and disrespectful to myself and my husband via several phone calls and emails. His workers may be very good at what they do, but I can not speak to that fact because we never got that far. After a few days of dealing with his horrific attitude, we realized we would not want to hire him under any circumstances. I honestly do not know how he stays in business with his blatant disregard to customer service.
Its very unfortunate when we run across clients such as this. I was never rude and tried to explain everything in detail to them but it was not sufficient for them. If anyone who reads this would like to see the entire email chain then I would be happy to forward it to you anytime ( I also posted below). On fri 6-7-19 we did have an appointment to install a pump. Heavy rain was forecast and we did let them know the day prior in writing. On Friday morning one of our mechanics was in Fort Mill and was not able to finish his job there due to rain and at that time we canceled the remaining jobs and notified all clients on the schedule. At 11:52 we received a call from her husband demanding to know why we had not shown up and that we needed to get there now (they live in smyrna, SC). I explained to him that we had cancelled the trip due to rain and he lost it. I then emailed *** letting her know we would not be able to work with them and she decided to leave this review. No work was ever performed for them

Yes please put us on the schedule for tomorrow. My husband will be home to pay tech and learn how to run equipment. Please give me an ETA on time when you know.

Its fine, please keep us on the schedule to come out. If we dont get the pump replaced our pool is going to be green

He just let me.know he could not finish the job in fort mill due to rain. Based on radar we are going to have to close for today and try again next week.

good morning ***. Apparently there was some serious miscommunication issues with Greg this morning. He just called me with a rather rude phone call and I went ahead and canceled this job. At this point you will need to find someone else to do the work. I'm sorry it didn't work out and the weather conditions didn't allow for me to safely send my people but I did send that communication directly with you this morning with multiple emails and Greg did not seem to care. Best wishes to you in the future.
I have been using advanced pool for 10 years for all my pool needs. cleaning, repairs,chemicals,etc. in the 20 years that ive owned my pool ive used quite a few pool companies prior to using advanced pool. it was hard finding someone that knew what they were doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough . they are knowledgable, inexpensive and thorough in what they do.
