I pre paid cash for a room I did not useI cancelled my reservation before the date of the requested dayWe never received a room card and, a room was not yet assigned to us I went to the office to collect the cash but was told the clerk had already deposited the cash into the drop vault and that I would need to contact the manager *** After many weeks I finally reached *** an she told me she would have to speak to the accountant to find out the procedure for issuing a refund and she would call me back on the same day I have been calling and leaving messages, but nobody will return my callsI stayed in another hotel and have receipts for the cash transactionThe condition of this place was awful

I had booked a room on March 1, thru booking.com with my business account for that night only for $and upon arriving at location and paying for the room I was guaranteed a late check out of hours for free and early chefor freeI went to work on March 2,around 9:am and left my fiance in the roomAround 11:am I received a text from my fiance stating that they were telling her she had to check out when they knew about the late check out( I have documentation to show this), I ended up having to leave work to go back to the hotel to try and take care of this issueWhen the gentleman behind the desk refused to abide by what he agreed to upon my check-in, I then asked for corporate's number and proceeded to talk to someone in chargeThey ended up opening a claim concerning this and said that they would handle itI went to go and pay my car payment this morning to find out that 'Days Inn' had ended up charging me $which is at least times over the amo

My family and I rented a room on July 3, When we arrived to check in the room at around pm it was dirty and smelled like smoke, we informed to front deskThey told us to leave the room and if we returned at a later time the room would be cleaned for us by the time we returnedWhen we returned to the room around pm the room was dirty and when we asked the front desk about the room the clerk gave us a spray bottle with a cleaner in it and told us we could clean the room ourselvesSince it was late we decided to go ahead and try to clean the room and make the best of a bad situationWhen we got into the room we turned the lights on and noticed that there were roaches crawling all over the roomWe went to speak to the front desk to request a refund and she refused to give us oneWe checked out and leftI have contacted the establishment multiple time between July 3, and July 5, They have refused to reimburse us fully or partiallyThey have falsely advertised

We stayed here and got bite up by bed bugs and the bed rail was sticking out and my daughter got her leg all messed up

Booked My Stay For days On *** For $taxes includedInstead Payed $Because I Was unaware of the $daily fee Days Inn has for parking.I Wasn't told about this fee till I was being chargedNot to mention It's No Where Listed on *** about this fee And There's No Other Places To Park Around The Area So There's No Option But To Pay this feeAlso didn't have an option to cancel my stay due to a cancellation fee that would charged my card $
This Fee Is Unnecessary And Unfair To All Days Inn Customers.And Also Need To Be Made More Aware On All Sites And Before Paying
Felt It was A Steal Deal Instead Was Very Upset With The Inconveniet Parking Fee
