Buena Vista Plumbing repaired the water piping for a home at *** XXXXX. On March 27 2017. We mailed the bill to Advanced Property *** with no response. We have left several
phone messages with no response. I contacted the two real estate Companies that were handling the sale of the home and *** told them she was not going to pay the bill. The owner of the home was ***. I have been trying to contact *** but I never get a call back. They were trying to close on the sale of the home but there was no water pressure in the home.*** called and needed to have the repairs taken care of as soon as possible. During the time that we were coordinating the work if I would call or email her she would answer me right away. As soon as we finished the work. I couldn't get her to answer me at all. I don't understand why she hasn't paid us I know *** would not hesitate to write us a check after we got them out of a bind.

The response from Advanced Property Solutions is not correct. On March 27 2017 *** called our office for emergency plumbing service at *** XXXXX. She said that there was not any water pressure in the hot or cold water lines and that the real estate company could not close on the sale of the home. She said that the owner needed an idea of what it would cost. After Diagnosing the Job we gave her an estimate of $800.00 with no guarantee that we could locate all of the problems with in that budget. She told us to proceed. She would call me off and on to see how we were doing. Later my brother who was the main plumber on the job called me and said the we would need to raise the estimate to $1,500.00. I called her back and told her that we would need to raise the estimate. She told me to e-mail it to her and do the best we could. We completed the work on March 29 2017. The final bill came to $1,486.80
By the end June the Balance will be $1,609.36 with
Interest. I contacted *** the real estate agent for the bank and she told me she never made contact with anyone from Advanced Property Solutions. All of her contacts and request were directly with
