First, to clarify this is a condominium complex and not an apartment complex.  A condominium complex is owned by individual unit owners and set up as a corporation and ran by a Board of Directors.  We are contracted by the association to fulfill and assist in the day to day operations....

With that being said we do not make financial decisions for the community and our authority is very limited.  Secondly, we checked our records and [redacted] is not an owner in this community rather a tenant.  The association does not follow the directives of tenants.  The tenants must communicate with the landlord/unit owner who in return relays the information or requests for maintenance back to the association.  The association and Advanced Property Specialists, Inc. are not responsible for the tenants that are placed in the individually owned units.  Any and all issues that arise from an owner placing a tenant in a unit are the full responsibility of that owner.As of Friday 8/5/16 a work order has been placed with Data Pest control as we received a request from the Board of Directors that there was a pest control issue. 
 
As the association is now aware of this information we are going to consider this issue addressed and closed.
 
Going forward,when a representative takes complaints, please ask if the individual is an owner or a renter.  If the requestor is a renter, please direct them to contact the owner of the unit first. The owner can then follow the appropriate protocol for these types of issues.  PLEASE TAKE NOTE: ADVANCED PROPERTY SPECIALISTS, INC.
