Unfortunately- I was travelling and couldn't respond to the response of the business ownerId'd spe** with the Revdex.com correspondent and explained my response but unfortunately didnt send a formal response*** 3/(** response) I am rejecting the business as it doenst meet the desired outcome** *** is a seasoned trickster who continues to budge from the key point being made against his productNone of his responses are directed at the issues raised and are now being directed towards personal insultsSo Three things: *** response doesn't address the issue at all, the piece of paper provided is not a contract and is questionable given doesn't even provide enough information on services and products providedI don't see any license information or even a # depicting this is a real documentMost importantly the signatures are not mine eitherNo performance and warranty information Proof documenting his numerous visits to my placePlease reopen this complaint immediately*** *** Original complaint: *** is the owner of the Advanced pure water purification system who installed the softener in my housePost installation I conveyed to him numerous times the issues with the and every time he said he will fix itThe time passed by and he continues to give similar excusesWe have requested him numerous times to do this but he seeks to extort more money from us every---time than what we paid him at the time of advance and other payments along-with it
Exchange or finish the job or else return the money

In May *** *** purchased a new home in Dublin which he drove the builders of that Community crazy till today claiming that his new home is defected, I sold *** *** a water system in may and I sold almost water system in the same Community he’s the only person in that
Community claiming that his system is defected, I checked his system multiple times and everything works perfectly this guy have nothing to do but to pick and bother people with everything he buys including his new home which the builders of that Community ignored him,We spoke many times He never mentioned that the system is not working and I tested his water multiple times but this guy seems to be insecure of what he buys he thinks everything he buys is defected,
I sold a system for $he paid me $so far he owes me $which I need to be paid immediately and he text me and email me multiple times in the last couple weeks calling me a liar and a cheater

I’m requesting a Cashier check for $to be paid to complete the balance of the system and a letter of apology for calling me a liar and a cheater, if I do not receive the $check within days I will turn it to the collection agency and I will take him to small claims court

Please email *** I am willing to replace the softener and I expect the balance of $to be paid on the same day after replacing the system, With a note from *** that this case is closed,

I don’t understand what is $being asked for?
This is completely absurd and nothing short of extortion by ** ***
Given, ** *** has over the last months of mediation not been honest, fudged my signatures and then stopped down calling names - I am deciding all the settlement options are off the tableI will forward my documents and information along to Revdex.com for their records along with a copy of this complaint to other business and regulatory agencies to fine ** *** to the maximum.

I am rejecting this response because of the same reasons why I raised the complaint:
Firstly. [redacted] has not provided us with the following; Purchase/Service agreement, warranty/ replacement information. itemized receipt (proof of purchase) and payment receipt for numerous payment made to him check and cash. This information is not only to provide the customer with but also a proof of the product bought, service provided or to be provided and other agreements made during the sale. [redacted] has ignored numerous emails, calls and text requesting this information but of no help. 
Secondly, [redacted] has blatantly lied about his position that he had sent people over multiple times? He had promised multiple times to come-over and replace the machine but when the time came, he fell sick or had other obligations to attend.
Thirdly, [redacted] is well aware that he chased us for two months trying to persuade us that his machine was the best and all the other big brand like whirlpool, kinetico etc were not as good as his machine and service. He made false promises of service quality and product quality but when the time came to show up and replace (1 month after the product purchase), [redacted] didn't respond. To our dismay [redacted] has not provided us with any documentation either.
Fourthly, [redacted] owes me money for the parts bought on his behalf, additionally money paid to his workers on his behalf with the promise he would pay back which he never did.
Lastly, [redacted] was given the option to remove and/ replace the machine upon seeing the issue with the machine but [redacted] again requested another chance from me to keep the machine in good faith and will be replaced if the issue re-occurs. This belief is what has caused me undue stress, time and money for believing [redacted] would keep his promises but he chose to harass us.
If the machine is not replaced/ Returned within 7 days or an intent to do so by [redacted], then I would be left with no option but to file a complaint with Consumers affairs to review [redacted] business practice and possible breach of good faith, I will report [redacted] business to the DA’s office across all the major cities where he operates so no one else has to endure this sort of treatment/betrayal being a customer, I will also file a customer complaint with GE Water requesting review of the product and [redacted]’s dealership practice and filing a dispute with the Credit card company. I am keeping the option to sue [redacted] AWPS for breach of trust and not conducting business in good faith.
