I have written this company several times to tell them my mother died, yet they sent a slanderous letter to HER even though she is deceased.
In Jan 2018, we found out my mother's cancer had returned. In Aug 2018, she died from that cancer. From Jan-Aug she tried to pay all of her bills in a timely manner, even though she was constantly in and out of the hospital due to complications and surgery for her disease. She passed with no will, no money, no assets, nothing. Every penny went to her healthcare. I called and wrote several notes to this company stating that she passed, yet they kept sending a bill. Now, I just received a terrible letter from them, addressed to my deceased mother, what a terrible person she is for not paying them. How dare they. They cant even notate the account with the several times ive told them she passed away. & cant even do their research. I will attached the letter.
I honestly would like an apology from George L., who signed this letter and sent it out. I have never been so upset. It is near christmas, I am 7 months pregnant, so not only is this the time of year that I missing my mothers absence terribly, and so sad that she will not meet her grandchild, I am even more distraught to have a letter sent from Advanced Imaging what a terrible person they think my mother is. However, if a person can send a letter this terrible to someone, I do not imagine they have an apologetic heart, and therefore id like them to just stop sending letters. Thank you.
We are sorry for the family's loss. There was a patient balance of $273.79 since February, 2018. We sent out three billing statements to the patient in February, March and April. We did not receive payment or a response. The account was sent for collections.
We had not received any communications (mail or verbal) until December 5, 2019, when the patient's daughter left a voice message with collections with notification of the patient's death.
As a courtesy, the balance was adjusted on December 9, 2019.
We received notification of a complaint from the Revdex.com on December 11 (dated December 3) and have responded as soon as possible.
The company overcharged me for my co-payment. I have contacted them many times and been told they would send a refund but they have not.
On 12/28/2017 I had an MRI at Advanced Radiology Imaging Associates. They charged me a co payment of 438.90. My insurance company indicated that my co payment should have been 296.11. I have called the company five or more times now. Twice I was told that I did have a credit on my account and that they would send me a check. The last time I called (6/4/2018) I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. The company owes me 142.79.
I want the amount they overcharged me, 142.79 refunded to me.
