Month commitment is up he can either for an additional fee, all which is properly disclosed in the written agreement and the customer agreed upon signing of said contractOr the customer can choose to continue on on his ownWe as a company did as agreed and fulfilled all contractable requirementsI find it interesting that the customer started in July of completed the Months in January then complained by using a outdated email, he had access to the main email address and had access to direct phone numbersThis is the first I am hearing of this, during the customers Month tenure he never complained once, and was happy with his progressI believe he wanted to continue on, but did not want to pay the additional feesUnfortunately with all the hours utilized on our behalf in the customers progression during his Months he is not entitled to a refundIn years we have never had a complaint or anything close to this customers claimsWe did our part and would like the record to reflect thatAll paperwork from this customer is available if the Revdex.com requires anything further I will be more than happy to provide whatever the Revdex.com needs.
