Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hello, I was a regular patient of [redacted] which was the chiropractor at this location, and I had Chiropractic visits at regular price, and Massage visits, before I purchased this packageI do not understand why I should be charged for initial chiropractic visit of $90, when I had purchased in prior visitsAnd after I purchased package I used visit for Chiropractic, and visit for my daughter to get a massageSo my refund should be for $360.00, since package was sessions for $450.00, and only of which was for chiropractic and for daughter's massageSo how much is chiropractic after first intial visit? that is the only amount I should be charged and massageAnd also I never received a refund checkSo I have called a few times to see if they have a new chiropractor since that is what I need, but they have not, and its been almost a monthThank you for any help in resolving this matter Sincerely, [redacted]

post special deals, we have never advertised our regular rates on our website. This client purchased a package and used it for an Initial Chiropractic session for herself and another individual. She then wanted a refund. We told her that we don’t typically offer refunds and that she could continue to use the package for our other services since we were in the process of replacing our chiropractor. She was not interested in that so we sent her a refund check of $270 ($450-$180 for the 2 regular priced sessions as she was no longer using a package). We consider the matter resolved.

Hello, I was a regular patient of [redacted] which was the chiropractor at this location, and I had 2 Chiropractic visits at regular price, and 2 Massage visits, before I purchased this package. I do not understand why I should be charged for initial chiropractic visit of $90, when I had purchased 2 in prior visits. And after I purchased package I used 1 visit for Chiropractic, and 1 visit for my daughter to get a massage. So my refund should be for $360.00, since package was 10 sessions for $450.00, and only 1 of which was for chiropractic and 1 for daughter's massage. So how much is chiropractic after first intial visit? that is the only amount I should be charged and 1 massage. And also I never received a refund check. So I have called a few times to see if they have a new chiropractor since that is what I need, but they have not, and its been almost a month. Thank you for any help in resolving this matter.
