Hello, After receiving the complaint, we reviewed the issues that *** has had. Our Assistant Manager reached out and was able to clear up the problem with the missing license plates. Going forward we will be making an effort to find resolutions to similar problems quicker as well

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I was contacted by an Assistant Manager at ARS who provided with me with a form to submit to the Secretary of State to document the reason for the lost license plates. This largely alleviates my concerns. Her prompt and professional response was much appreciated.

Confirmed this morning that the vehicle donation was in process.  Donor address in our system was wrong.  Caused issues in the communications surrounding the vehicle title.  Seems that all is resolved and vehicle is set for sale.
