Review: On May **, 2013 I mailed a product via USPS for return according to the instructions on the company's website. Approximately one week later I called to ask if the product had been received so that my return could be processed. At that time I was very rudely told that I should not have mailed the product to the PO Box that was listed on the company's website as the address for returns. I was told that I should have called first so they could have given me a different address. I was also told that said PO Box was checked just once or twice a week and so it could be a while before my package would be picked up. I called again on June **, 2013 with the hope that nearly three weeks would have been sufficient time for the PO Box to have been checked and the package received. Instead I was told that the girl who checks the mail has been sick and it could be another week or so. Twice I have been treated rudely and berated for following their own instructions regarding returns and my return has not even begun to be processed.Desired Settlement: I expect the company to check the PO Box it has its customers send returns to, pick up the package I returned and process my refund.

Dear Representative:
I believe it is truly wonderful that there is a Revdex.com in effect where people who have legitimate claims or worries can be addressed.
This letter refers to [redacted], [redacted] with an email address: [redacted] and telephone number ###-###-####.
[redacted] called us several weeks ago and asked if her return was processed. I had no return in the office. I asked her where she sent her return to: Her answer was to our P.0. Box. At Radio City. We have few returns to the number of the Eroscillator that we send out of our Warehouse in New Jersey. We have a policy that you may return your product within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. Those few people call us at our toll free number and ask for a return number. At that time, I inform them to please send their return or repair to our office. We may get one a year that goes to our P.O. Box and [redacted] is that one so far for this year. I explained that we only go to the P.O Box once every three weeks or so, and since my lady had just been there and now was ill, we would not get there for a couple of weeks. Last week [redacted] called and asked whether we had her return. I informed her that it would be this past week, as our lady was feeling better and would resume her trip to the P.O. Box. We
received the package on Tuesday evening. Wednesday, June [redacted] it was sent over to our Processing Dept. in Virginia. As there was no Order Number in the box or why it was being returned, we had to investigate to pull up the file. The refund will take place today and an email will be sent to [redacted] letting her know that her credit card has been refunded by 80% of her purchase price.
Had [redacted] taken the time initially and called us, and not just assumed to send the package without any notice of its return, she would have had her refund 24 hours after the receipt of her return.
