Had gutters replaced by this company. All 4 corners leak. There are large gaps behind gutters allowing water to flow down facia. Sent pics to them.
Hired this company because of good rating on line. They came out on 3/26/2020 and replaced my gutters, downspouts and added gutter guards for $1200. They did some additional repair to a section of roof for an additional $600.
A few days after they left, I noticed birds running along the gutter. A section of gutter guard was not installed. I began inspecting everything. I noticed large gaps between the gutters and facia. When the next rain came, water was running between the gutters and facia. All 4 corners were leaking. I complained and sent pictures of the problems. After several weeks, they finally sent someone out and installed the missing gutter guard. The other problems are still there. I have contacted them several times with no response.
I need to insure that water goes into the gutters and not on the wood. Like installing flashing behind drip edge and into the gutters. Also all 4 corners need not to leak.
Just want everything fixed
They charged $1500.00 to fix leaf in roof and fix gutter..
March 17 Brady came out and said they would take 6 -0 of shingles off to fine leak and fix problem and replace any damage plywood if needed and fix gutter. They put ice shield over shingles and filled j channel with caulk didn't fix gutter. Second time put roofing nail through vinyl siding have no idea why and more caulk still leaked. Third time fixed gutter and put metal flashing over shingles and vinyl siding and nailed with roofing nails and more caulk still leaks. Now will have to replace siding with nail holes are. On March 18 they started and paid them $1500.00 last time they were out was April 8. Can't get *** to call back or return e mail.
Fix the leak in roof and put ice shield under shingles and metal flashing under shingles and behind vinyl siding and replace the damage siding they put roofing nails and j channel or refund my $1500.00 for the work.
I'm sorry I do not check emails that much. I was not fully aware of what happened at this job. Please let me know what you would like for me to do to try and resolve this matter. Thanks!

No contact from business nor any resolution to date. We still have a leak that needs to be fixed. Business needs to make the repair as promised or needs to reimburse us so we can hire someone else to fix. Advanced needs to contact me to make arrangements. I can be reached at 865.318.2623
On Tuesday 4 March 2020 Advanced Roofing and Construction came out to fix a path of our roof near our Chimney. We didn't notice the mess that was left and the incompletion of the job. 1) the job was trashy and incomplete. 2) Old nails and debris was left from old roofing. (We have dogs that can step on these nails if they fall from the roof) 3) Screws used for the flashing were dry wall screws. 4) The flashing is not etched into the brick like it should be. (It will start leaking again soon) 5) There is blackjack (tar) left on the roof which will melt and clog our gutters. 6) They over charged us by 4 times the amount it should have been ($650 versus $3,200) 7) We called them and they said they would not send the owner out and that he would send a supervisor, however, no one has contacted us since. 8) No one ever inspected the completion of the job. 9) No cricket was placed to stop the water from leaking. 10) When they left they tried to take the shingles that we bought. This is a really bad company job done on our roof and we would like a refund and/or it fixed and cleaned up.
Refund Advanced Roofing and Construction did a horrible job on our roof. We would like a refund so we can get a professional to come out and do it correctly. At the very least, if we can't get a refund then we would like the company to come out and correct all the issues listed above.
We did do a repair for these customers. we came out on a emergency job as they described. I gave them a price to hurry up and get there and get the roof fixed and the husband agreed and wanted us to start right then. the tar that's on there roof she is complaining about is tar that somebody had put all over the chimney before on a roof repair. I have pictures to prove it. the screws used for the flashing was tapcon screws which is made to go into brick/concrete so that is correct. there was also nails on there roof in other locations on the roof that they could be saying I left. they had a handy man come to look at the bathroom and hes the one that said $650 so if that's the case then they should have hired him besides agreeing to our price. we done exactly what we told her husband we would do. and for the record the job was checked after the fact. these guys are only mad bc there handyman said he would have done it cheaper and the tar she keeps talking about was on her chimney from another roofer before us and I have the pictures before we ever fixed the roof. thank you

We expect the roofing company to come out and get rid of the blackjack (tar) left on our roof as it will leak into our gutters once it gets hot. The roof will leak again since the job was done incorrectly. It was a trashy job done by this company. Additionally, we had a roofer double check their work (not just a handyman). A good roofing company would come out to check the issues instead of avoiding it. We have pictures as well, and again we just want this cleaned up and fixed. Also, I feel we were way over charged by $2,000 plus and would like the Revdex.com to look into the company gouging prices. Regardless, whether it was an emergency or not.
Due to the virus we are closing to help keep from spreading the virus and will be back open for business soon as it is safe. I will attach the picture I took before we did the work at this customers house. the pic will show that theres been black tar on her chimney for years that hasn't melted before now but because she is mad at our company it gives her something to fuss over. I never told them I could get all the tar off that a pervious roofer put on there to try and stop there leak. its almost impossible to get it all off unless to take the bricks out and replace the actual bricks that have it on there. which we did not say we would do that in first place. my job was to fix the chimney and I done exactly what I was paid to do.
