Roofing shingles have blown off. Warranty is still in effect. First contacted the company regarding this issue on 7 May 2018. Have followed up with the company on multiple occasions since then but no response. Left messages and email for president of the company ***but he did not respond. No one picks up the phone for approximately the last month.

. We have had 5 issues so far with the re-roofing project that they did for us (full tear off and replacement). We even paid extra for 40 year shingles - a complete waste of money, given the job they did. The problems started in less than a year. The gasket/flashing they used around the bathroom vent was either not installed properly or it was the wrong size. We noticed because a big stain appeared in our master bath ceiling because of the water leaking from the gasket. Since then we have had four incidents of the shingles sliding down the front roof. Whether they don't know how to install shingles or should have replaced the sheeting is unknown, but the shingles should not detach and slide down the roof. After many calls they did come and fix the issues, but we are still left with a seriously substandard installation. We have tried to meet with Kevin repeatedly to discuss, but get no response.

My neighbor referred Advanced Roofing to me and I had my roof done in May 2010. I was given 10 years workmanship warranty with 30 year shingles. The same neighbor had issues with her roof and Advanced came 5-6 times to her to address and fix the issue within the warranty. This year in 2018 for the first time I had a problem with the roof; shingles were lifting in the wind & finally blown off/ripped off. Called Advanced numerous times, I was told not to worry, they're just busy but it will be fixed, that someone will call me shortly....Shortly never happened, nobody was calling me back so I was calling and calling and calling. Maybe they didn't like me calling so often because when I called again I was finally told that I have to pay $250.00 for someone to come + materials, etc...or nobody will come. I said it was covered by warranties, and *** told me Advanced roofing changed their policy as of this year, that people have to start paying. I don't really care (excuse me, I am so upset at this point) my warranties cover everything, I should not be penalized for something I didn't do and Advanced should stand for their warranties. I asked to talk to the mgr - ***, left him 2 messages...NEVER called me back. On Saturday May 11, 2018 after 5pm, we were NOT at home, our neighbours told us 2 roofers came in & went on our roof. The neighbor across the street knew we weren't home so quickly came across, asked if they were with Advanced roofing (thought that maybe I called a different roofing company to fix the shingles), so did neighbours next to us. The 2 roofers did not fix anything on the roof, walked around and left. At this point I wanted to take the issue further, it was so unprofessional, I can't even explain how upset my family was at this point, but I will give a chance one more time . I called Advanced roofing again on May 14 and *** confirmed that roofers were on my roof and did not do anything as they didn't find anything. I was getting very upset at this point and told her that the shingles are still ripped, that it was very unprofessional not to even call us and ask their workers/contractors to get on our roof without us knowing it. That if we were at home, we counld have pointed the ripped shingles... She told me she doesn't know how this happened and will get back to me right away. UNTIL May 24, 2018 nobody called me back so I called again, asked for *** and *** told me that my file was closed as fixed. I told her that nothing was done, even per her own words and it needs to be fixed. She said she can't remember everything (I understand) and *** told me in this case someone will come in and look at it again, that I'd better be home when they come (I told her; "excuse me" I thought I was hearing wrong!) . I just told her, please call me before you come so I can be home within a reasonable time, I even gave her example; please don't call me at 10am that the roofers will be in my home in 10 minutes....that I need a reasonable time to get to home. It's July 06 and nobody called, nobody came, the issue still exists. The owner wrote "We stand behind our name, products and service....the owner didn't even care to call me back. I am so upset, it's beyond my words! I have sent an email to *** on June 1st 2018, he responded right away - within 15 minutes that he will get back to me.....NEVER DID.
*** So nothing is done, nothing fixed and *** never got back. Does not stand behind their warranties. It wasn't much work, I have few shingles ripped and wanted to fix them before the rain damages my roof.
