Like many in *** NC, we had significant roof damage after the Feb 6, 2020 tornado. Unlike other roofers that canvassed the neighborhood Jim gave us a price without seeing our insurance report.
Jim's team did a great job on our roof. They were friendly, worked hard and did a good job cleaning up (including stray roofing nails).
The other thing we noticed was the efficiency of Jim's team vs. other roofers that came to the neighborhood. Because Jim had a large and reliable team, they completed roofs by 4 or 5pm. Our neighbors who used other companies had contractors on their roofs at all hours of the night working on their roofs with flashlights!
I been calling them for over a month also talked to the owner but still no show
This company replaced my roof and gave me 5 years of labor warranty Now the roof panels started to coming off and I been calling them for over a month, I have talke dto the owner *** he said he will swing by my house sometime soon but it's been over a month now I been calling but he's not answering my calls not even calling me back.
They need to fix my roof
The roof was replaced on 5/8/18. This was an insurance claim, where there was no work other than a roof replacement to be completed.
At the end of the job the homeowner was pleased with the work and the job was paid in full.
The call the homeowner is referring to occurred immediately following Hurricane Florence. The homeowner left a voice mail stating that piece of metal box flashing (not part of the roof, Just below it) was hanging loose & that his HOA was fining him daily until the metal was reattached. In the voice mail he mentioned he knew we were very busy after the hurricane.
The owner did contact the homeowner, where again the homeowner acknowledged how busy the company was at the time.
The owner has offered to repair the metal flashing at a fair market rate, but not as part of the 5 year warranty, as the repair is not part of the original work completed.
We value our relationships with every customer we have. We take a complaint very seriously and want to work with our customers to come to an equitable solution.
This complaint is frivolous and erroneous.
Jim and Taylor at Advanced Roofing Solutions are top notch, I recently noticed some leaking in my home, and happen to catch them in my neighborhood, they went up and checked my roof and found I had considerable wind/hail damage, and 2 shingles were missing, causing the leak. I love the fact their honestly and ability to show me pictures of the damage on the roof. They throw chalk on areas of the roof two, showing hail damage, something other companies really dont do. Really appreciate their honesty and working with my insurance company. The crew uses superior quality products for durablity. I don't really want to replace the roof, so 30 to 40 years from now, this roof will hopefully be holding strong. Great team, was able to complete the entire job in a day, and are very good at monitoring weather. I was initially scheduled, but they called and waited, due to incoming weather. They also did improvements on the roof, such as increase the pitch of roof next to chimney, and cut out dead or rotten wood. Added extra downspouts and rain diverters over doors. Appreciate their work. True craftsman. Highly recommend.
This company has just put on my second roof with them... they did my first home several years ago, and it was a great selling point for the house. The home finally had a watertight roof with a ridge vent, and they fixed some plumbing boots that I hadn't even realized were leaking. I called them up again when I was ready for a new roof at my next home, and the roof was amazing yet again! I am so happy with the top notch work they do, and the way the crew cleans up afterward to remove all debris. I think this company is one of the best in the business. I wouldn't hesitate to use them a third time, if I find myself in a new place needing a new roof.
