Good workHowever, service is terribleCars been in the shop over two weeks nowParts finally came in last Wednesday and so I was told he should have it done by MondaySo when Monday came around I called and then I was informed that he didn't start the job until the day before and he was goingTo need one more dayThe next day (today) I called at around 2pm to see when I could pick up my car, I was told that I would be contacted towards the end of the day when he was finishedSo I waited until about (an hour before scheduled closing time) and there was no answerI figured they must be finishing up my car still so I waited about 30mins, called, still no answerAttempted this a few more times at later times and left a messageAt around 8:15, I got a ride over to see what was going on and the shop was closedI'm still sitting here without a car and no explanation as to why I still don't have itI'm very disappointed in their sense of urgency and procrastinationThis will be

Original complaint was engine making noise.found bad engine,internal damage.needs engine
I replaced engine,replaced spark plugs,gaskets,oil,coolant,and other parts needed for engine replacement.Started engine test drove.Returned vehicle to customer
After several days.Customer called, stated engine making noise!
But when here he was unable to duplicate noise
He called back again stated engine leaking oil
power windows inop.and has flat tire.and said that it was related to repairs
I agree to repair oil leak.But told him power windows not related to repairs
Unable to agree with customer,I decided to give customer a refund
I had returned $cash, and asked customer to pay to have engine removed or for parts and materials used
He refusedand filed complaint
So With out admitting any wrong doing.I gave customer a FULL REFUND.ON 9-2-
