That is a lie The replacement of the sub frame was done this passing summerThey never test drove it with me in the car with themAnd as I stated in my other statement that I did go get an alignment and my tie rods and ball joints changed by another business because when I was driving the car will kept turning itself to go straight as I was already driving straight Doesn't that mean you need an alignment? As I stated before after I got the alignment tie rods and ball joints replacedIt started to rub and make a loud screeching noise and I did take the car back to the last people who worked on itAnd they said the alignment ball joints and tie rod had nothing to do with the subframe being out of place I did take my car back to the people who replace my sub frameAn alignment should not have done any damage to the suffrage All the alignment is to do is straighten The alignment ball joints and tie rods have nothing to do with the subframe

This is in response to complaint number ***.The consumer damaged her vehicle during the winter of 2014-by hitting a curb with the Driver's side Our business completed the work on the subframe as promised When the consumer picked up the vehicle, we test-drove the car with
her in it She was very pleased with the work After leaving our shop satisfied, she needed to have a tire replaced The consumer went to another business and they proceeded to tell her that she needed work done that she did not need (consumer's words "an alignment that I needed my ball joints and tie rods replaced") The second business told the consumer that the subframe was shifted When the consumer drove the car after the work was done at the second business, her tires rubbed on the frame and the consumer began to complain about the "feel" on the passenger side This was not a complaint when the consumer brought the car to us or when we took for the test drive.It is our belief that the second business aligned the car to original manufactures details instead of applying the alignment to a damaged car We believe the consumer should return to the second business with any complaints she might have As stated, she drove the car before leaving our business and was happy with the work that was done.Thank you,
