I called to make an appointment to have my swamp cooler serviced The appointment was made for April 17, The guy that showed up did not appear to want to be here and told me that he did not have cooler pads He stated that I could go get them or he would go get them, and it would be for each of the pads He ended up charging me $for the pads, and $for the service a total of $ He claimed that he told me $ I would never have agreed to pay for pads, and I would have sent him on his way This is highway robbery He and his company are trying to take advantage of an old man I am livid and I want the Revdex.com to give them an F- as they are not worthy to be in business He called for an addtional man to go get the pads, when he could have done this himself His partner just sat there laughing thinking this was funny
I have had coil units leak over the last year on my ac unit*** * *** serviced and repaired the first leak in 2016, under warrantyHowever, at that service time I had to pay $for them to diagnose the leak
On May 9th, *** * *** returned because again our unit was not running properly They diagnosed a leak in the less than year old coilThis was covered 100%
I called customer service to see when I can expect the part and replacement5/was the earliest dateI explained to the customer rep, ***, that weeks of using a leaking ac unit was not energy efficient and that we have already suffered the monetary consequences of a bad ac unit over the last yearsI asked if they were compensating their customers for using these bad parts in homesShe said I could contact Lennox, the manufacturer of the coil, if I was looking for compensation She stated that it was out of their control and that they have no choice on what coils they install into customer h

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service and professionalism displayed by technician Roy R., in repairing my older heating unit This unit had multiple problems, and Roy was the best in trouble-shooting that I have ever seen Plus, he was courteous, patient, and explained everthing that he went along to resolution of the problems I will be a loyal customer to your company, and to Roy R Thank you!

Just had a ton Lennox installed with all new duct work and they placed the registers in different places in every room Our old unit was over years old and our house never got cool They finished today and this is the first time in years that I felt our house truly cool down in every room! They did an awesome job!! From the beginning they were prompt, friendly, helpful and fair The salesman, John C***, came out to my house promptly,listened to the concerns we had, and gave me a very fair quote Nathan and Jacob were the technicians and they went above and beyond to help make sure that our house would get the right air flow so that our house would cool down the way it is supposed to I am so glad we went with Donald P *** Thank you for a fantastic job!
