Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have attached the email chain starting with a conversation I had with Steve an Hector on Jan 23rd (not the first conversation)He asked that the rendering of the sign be sent back to him with the changes and my signatureYou can see further conversation on Jan 24th where they revised the rendering but there was still a mistakeI sent that back to them on Jan 24th (the same day)They asked for written Approval with I also sent on Jan 24th at 8:05pm per the email chain attachedAs of today they still have not made the changes to the sign per the attached signed renderingI attached pics of the sign I took last weekI have more email chains but there are no more attachments allowedYou can clearly see how responsive he is by the amount of time it took him to respond to the complaintIf the sign is not corrected by next week (Friday), I will hire another company to complete it and then deduct that amount from the remaining balance owed to Zeon Signs Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I had photos taken today and can not find anything out of placeI have ask for something in writting stating what is wrong and still have not received anythingI can not keep spending time on a project or making changes with out it. Thank you, Steve T***

We have gone out of our way to try and satisfy not only *** but also her clientsThere have been several changes in the names on the display and so I asked that every change be done in writing instead of electronicallyTo this day I have not received the changes in the manner I asked and refuse
to make another trip out to the site without that being doneWe have been in business for a great number of years and take great pride in our relationship with the community I think that *** needs to understand that we can not just keep making changes at no cost to anyonePlease feel free to call me should you need any other information. The resolution they proposed was satisfactory but they have not completed the job.

I am rejecting this response because: The sign has not been completed per the signed diagram that was sent to Steve and Hector in Jan. They have yet to correct the sign. The signed diagram was sent per Steve's instructions with corrections. He needs to correct per the diagram. The last response included all the documentation for those corrections.
