I went to Dr*** to have my ears cleaned in MarchI was overcharged $by the billing manager *** I contacted the office after I received my explanation of benefits form on May 1stShe (***) said I would receive my over payment by May 6,
I have tried to contact *** at her request because I haven't received my money When I call, they put me on hold or send me to her voice mail Her voice mail says she will return my call in twenty four hours The last call I made was three days ago
