I booked an appointment at this business for Juvederm injections with the visiting physician, DrB***At the time of booking, I asked if the business accepted Care Credit, and was told that they did I went to the appointment on May 18th The Drwas very good, gave me a price to do the work, and I acceptedFollowing the treatment, I went to payI gave the owner my card, and she swiped it several times, and it was not acceptedShe tried manually putting it inNo luckShe called the companyAfter some back and forth it was clear that the owner had not registered her business with Care Credit, and they were unable to process the paymentTo be fair, she did try to register right then, but was told it was an application process which would take a couple of weeksI had now incurred a $tab for the treatmentI offered to give her $right then, and another $as soon as she applied to Care Credit as a providerShe refusedShe stated it was an " honest mistake" and that her receptionist had given me the wrong informationI had to pony up a check for $, for which I was ill preparedI had planned to pay for this work over or monthly paymentsI was shocked at the unwillingness of this owner to negotiate a compromise payment plan, given that it was the business' mistakeI was able to cover this bill, but I wonder what would have happened to someone unable to do the sameHer sarcastic " have a nice day " as I was leaving was really the finishing touch, and spoke volumes
