I had my driveway done in September In spring of 2014, I noticed a crack in the drivewayI notified ASRE about it, but no one seemed concerned about itWe were told to talk to Kevin, but could not get him or anyone else to even come over to talk to usI went over to talk to the secretary and was told we would be put on the listMy husband tried many times to talk to kevin, but he would take off in his truck and ignored usWe live right across the street, and yet still can't get a responseAs of July, 2015, the crack has spreadWe told new secretary about it and got no responseWe can never get to talk to the owner, as he is never there or wasn't told about the issue Every day we see Kevin and all the workers literally right outside my front door and yet no one has been over to see usThis has been going on for over a year.Would not recommend this company to anyonePoor customer service, plus the job was not percent complete
