referring to is a unique design, which is suspect, only used by this spa manufacturer, which we do not represent.The Jet does work, meaning it has flow.  Our used spa warranty is 90 days on manufacturers we represent, 30 days on manufacturers we do not represent, and extends to spa operation equipment and plumbing leaks.  It does not extend to optional features not necessary for operation of the spa such as Jet Rotations, Jet movements, etc.In the interest of Customer Satisfaction, I instructed our service staff to repair jet if possible.  We ordered from the Spa Manufacturer a complete brand new jet assembly and replaced in April.  When contacted subsequently that the jet movement was still not consistent our technician informed the customer that we had completely replaced the entire mechanism with new parts and that there was nothing else that could be replaced to improve jet movement.We cannot guarantee "like new" movement of this jet due to its design.  If I had been aware of this one  jet as the sole decision for purchasing this spa, I would have strongly cautioned the customer regarding their decision.In the interest of Customer Satisfaction and an attempt to resolve this issue, I have recently consulted with an independent service company with greater experience with this spa manufacturer and its jet movement issues.  He thinks they may be able to improve the jet movement after inspection and with possible adjustments.  If the customer will agree, we are willing to contract with Total Spa Services to gain a second opinion on this issue and authorize him to inspect the jet, repair, replace, or adjust as he deems necessary to try and improve jet movement.If this approach is acceptable to customer, please have customer contact me directly at the Cincinnati location to make arrangements for Total Spa Services to service spa to restore jet movement as much as possible.Sincerely,KevinAdvanced Spas And Pools###-###-####
