I have reviewed the complaint from Mrs. [redacted].  She did receive a discounted $40 consultation, exam and x-rays in our office.  She was not charged another $60, like she stated.  The only way she would have been charged $60 was if she wanted to receive a chiropractic...

adjustment, which she did not.   I talked to her about this on the phone after her initial visit in our office.  I reviewed the findings of her exam and x-rays verbally on the phone with her and at that point she chose not to pursue further care in our office.  So she did receive her initial exam and X-rays and review for the $40. So I do not understand why she has a complaint.  Dr. [redacted]
