Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, provided that the "credit" they're offering is 100% of what they billed me I think it is important to note though that their statements are and I have witnesses that can attest to this This was an attempt to charge me under pretenses presumably hoping I would pay as opposed to create an issue It is tremendously disappointing that we live in a society of adults who don't believe honesty or ethics is important, but thankfully we have organizations such as the Revdex.com to help police businesses run by aforementioned crooks I genuinely appreciate your time and assistance resolving this matter Regards, [redacted]

I did research this account and found that [redacted], P.A. saw this patient. A free consultation was performed and then the patient went on to have an exam which in his case was necessary due to his condition prior to rendering any treatment. After the exam the physician assistant, Mr....

Th[redacted], then recommended an MRI due to the potential seriousness of Mr. [redacted] low back pain. We do not perform this service in our office as Mr. [redacted] might have misunderstood. After the exam Mr. [redacted] refused any additional treatment or MRI testing and left. We are sorry for any misunderstandings and would not want to perform a procedure that could possibly harm Mr. [redacted] without knowing exactly the cause of his pain. To help ease his concerns we will credit his account. Hopefully this will resolve any of Mr. [redacted] concerns.
