Incompetent office management with appointment issues and returned phone calls.Have had three issues of appointments being made only to find out something other than what I expected was to be provided. They are notoriously bad for returning phone calls or leaving you on hold and not coming back. I had complained previously to Dr. [redacted] about how unprofessional the office is in scheduling appointments and mixing things up. She acknowledged to me that they have had many complaints and apologized. But the gist of my complaint is them scheduling a procedure only to go in and find it is a follow up. They've done this to me three times, one which I will dismiss as insurance procedure. But after the first incident I always made sure when my appointment was made what I would be receiving as far as treatment. The last time November 26 @ 3:30 was the last straw. I was supposed to receive a nerve ablation on my left side, but the doctor said that would not happen that day. That made two times I had to get a driver to go with me because it was required for a procedure. Well, I didn't get a procedure, nor did I really need a driver to just answer a few questions. For the number of times this happened I am beginning to suspect they were just milking me for more money from my copays and whatever they charged the insurance company. Once a person from their Benson office set an appointment up for me, but when I called the Clayton office where the procedure was to be done they were not even aware of it and did not have me scheduled. Everything I have done has been soley at the Clayton office. I have bent over backwards trying to clarify things so there would be no mixups...and still it persisted. I'll never go back there again and believe I should have my last $40 copay returned.Desired SettlementThe only thing I would like back is my last $40 copay as they did not provide the service I had made the appointment for. I'll have the left side ablation done somewhere else that is more professional. I'm happy to wash my hands with theses people and have contacted some of my friends that receive treatment there and made them aware of these unprofessional practices.

My husband is a patient of Dr. [redacted]. Because of my husband's situation, our insurance company requires paperwork be submitted on his behalf on an annual basis. Dr. [redacted] has had this paperwork for over 2 months and repeated calls, in person requests, follow-ups, etc. are not working. This paperwork cannot be supplied by another provider and most offices require 30 days for processing, but over 2 months is excessive. Our insurance company has now also been calling to follow-up, but Dr. [redacted] is not responding and the office staff at the Fuquay-Office do not even return phone calls. Follow-up requests to Dr. [redacted]'s [redacted] & Fayetteville offices have also proven unsuccessful. All indications are that this office cannot service their patients effectively or efficiently; I would not recommend this location, this practice or this office.Desired SettlementPaperwork completed & submitted to the insurance provider as requested, please.
