I ordered a back rest for my 2020 BMW R1250GSA. I tried it on the bike and it was not comfortable or what my wife was looking for. With that in mind, I returned to their website to read up on their return policy. I followed their instructions for return to the letter, including sending them email correspondence before making the return. Despite following their policy, it was been over a month and I’m still waiting on my refund. Additionally, I have emailed them three times and left one voicemail. I have not received a reply to any of my emails and no call back. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I dealt with AST via the internet. I had a small problem and contacted them. I spoke with Ryan and he could not have been more helpful. He fixed it right away and saved me some money too, I will be making more purchases at AST. Thanks Ryan
I purchased a backseat rest for my 2014 Kawi Concorse M/C and received an older version of what I had order. There was a letter attached to my order indicating they were out of stock and sent an older item and would send the correct item later. As of this time, months later I still have not received the correct item ordered. I have tried to reach them by phone, and by internet, but I get no reply. I would like to make another order, but I am afraid to do any further business with this business until I hear from them. As of this date, I have not heard anything from them.
