Scheduled appointment at 9:00 am. Patrick was late. Patrick was intent on replacing my wood spindles with iron spindles. He asked me why I wanted wood spindles because there were "outdated." I told he it was just my preference. Patrick responded by saying, "I don't do half-as jobs."

I thanked Patrick for coming out but he seems surprised! He said, "You don't want the estimate?" I replied, "No, I do not. I'm the customer, not you!"

Patrick is rude, unprofessional and very condescending. He apeared to be trying to up-sell me on additional items that I did not want.

Patrick of Advanced Staircase & Iron Works, Inc. provided outstanding products and service for my staircase needs (iron balusters). I highly recommend his services for any staircase need.
