Advanced Synthesis

Back in December we had placed an order with this Advanced Synthesis for a Pope distillation machine. (Which is what was advertised.) We were given specific instructions to mail a deposit to them for $5000 to reserve our spot in line for production of the machine. The company says that they are located in California, but all of the parts are coming from Mexico.

After several weeks we finally started to get the machine in pieces. The pieces that we received were dirty and had rust all over them. The machine was advertised as used, which we understand, but it was very disappointing. The company would not ship us the rest of the items without receiving the final payment due. ($8,500) We sent them the rest of the payment and they shipped us "the remaining parts" there were several parts missing to this unit, and we could not use it.

The following things were an issue for us:

1.The Mizos g belt shaft that turns the whole carousel (Missing)

2.There is suppose to be 9 springs we got 5

3.The bolt is striped on the carousel

4.There is no speed setting for the wiper blades (one speed only)

5.The gear is bent on top of the machine

6.Not one part is pope which it was advertised as

7.There is no clamps to hold the rest of the still up

8.The actual stand for this machine looks like someone welded it in Mexico and is covered in rust

9.There is no water circulatory

10.The pump they sent us is like a harbor freight pump that cost $179, and they charge 600 for it

11.Nothing is digital on the machine which a pope is.

12.There is no heating tape included.

13.The heating element that they sent us is poor quality

14.Temps tired controlled by voltage

We immediately reached out to this company asking for a refund and we would cover the shipping cost to send it back to them as we received it. I have continuously emailed and called this company with no response. We lost $13,500 to through this deal and got boxes of useless items that total to around $2500.

Would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.
