I have two vehicles a 2001 BMW Z3 and a 1990 Corvette that I dropped of for repairs to both cars on December 14th 2019 and had asked Rodney the Owner to have them ready by January 15th because we had family coming from New York for my son's wedding and needed the cars for us to get around, we had told Rodney we were going away for a week the end of December and gave him my number to call with any issues. upon returning from vacation I went by his shop and seen the cars hadn't even been moved I called Rodney and he said no worries they would be done. It came to January 15th and the BMW wasn't ready yet but said it would be ready for my son's wedding but the Corvette would not be because it hadn't even been worked on yet, the night before the wedding the BMW was ready enough to drive but needed to go back for more work at that time I paid $1,600.00 for the BMW and signed and took the car. Time past and I was getting worried about the Corvette because a couple of things had so called been done but needed a lot more work and at that time I paid $1,000.00 as a good faith payment he needed the money. Well on February 14th I stopped by to pick up the vette and he was still working so I stayed to help so I could have it for the weekend, I finally paid another $3,098.00 signed for the car and drove it away, the next morning I went out to drive the car and it wouldn't start needless to say that is one thing he worked on also the steering column because he said that it was the steering column that was causing it not to start because of a bad conection because the column was moving around and when I got the car back and it wouldn't start the steering column was still moving around. I was so upset with Rodney I couldn't even talk to him so my wife has been trying to deal with it and Rodney has told my wife he was going to get us an itemized list for the last week so we could have a second opinion and he still has not. he has almost $6,000 of mine and I have two half done cars. Please help me with this prob.
Refund Refund for what we find out that he said he did and didn't do anything else he can keep.
I apologize that you are unhappy with our service as we strive to do the best work with each vehicle. In regards to your concerns, I tried to resolve them and even went over to your house on a Sunday to address the Corvette matter. However, you and your with would not work with me to make the matter right. I was willing to listen to and work out your concerns, but you were unwilling to work with me.
