My wife was in your hospital about weeks ago! I'm writing this just vent! Or excuse me Decatur Morgan hospital! But to my complaint At the request of her doctor she had to have a renal or kidney biopsy done! Now I'm in the people business myself and several of my customers in Morgan coSaid do not have it done in Decatur ! But her doctor wanted there and she didn't want to wait anymore! First thing was her gown it looked like rats had chewing on it because of how many tears and holes it had and stains2nd they put us in a shared room which not only was we told about beforehand but was told they didn't have any private rooms even though the person that draws her blood told me later that there was two empty private rooms down the hall that was left for the big wigs in towns in case they needed them! Guess what he was telling the truth cause I found them later! But before they put her in the room I watched different nurses or employees pull back the dividing curtain and I watch as none of them pay attention to the what me and mother in law figure out was a huge bloody booger! I hit that button and list it! Oh the took it down and washed and hrs later they put back up! Now my complaints went all the way to Mrs [redacted] who was nice but still the torture our charge nurse whom I was informed by my RN sister law well I guess she retaliated toward us I witness Mrs [redacted] taking an attitude in a conversation with a nurse who was trying to help wife she didn't know I was standing thereAnd when I spoke up not only was she in shock, but she all of a sudden became nice! But later she stuck in a patient that apparently the nurse all new by name cause they been in there so much! That her husband that apparently just got the holy ghost unquote not only wouldn't stay in his side of the room but and harassed us by constantly asking for my wife's name and NUMBER to put on his prayer list at churchI eventually had to tell the man to stay on his side of room! Now when I complain to Ms [redacted] she just shook her know and smile! There's more that happen u could write a book! In my yrsof life Decatur general or Morgan or whatever they call themselves is one of dirtiest..sorrowiest hospital I've ever seen! It should be torn down and rebuilt from new and 3/if nurse and staff fired! And bring in new people who want to do a good job and oh yeah why hang the sanitizer up if they're GOING to hit it when they walk in! That's all for now! And this probably was a waste of my time!

Our church is very pleased with Wilson Bryant Air Conditioning They replaced our old unit in a matter of hours Their service/installer guys were professional, very pleasant and helpful in explaining the new system and how our heat/air zones work We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future needs

Great service repairing my 2003 Honda civic 5-speed trans. They did a clutch replacement at the same time. Price was about $1000 cheaper than other estimates I got in town. Car feels and runs great.

this one in lake havasu city is real bad I complained to the manager in kingman and he said he get back with me and he never did so assuming one in kingman bad. this man larry in lake havasu lies and he mean and he threw my cc card at me. he needs a new job and this place needs to inspected

Advance Transmission has rebuilt two transmissions for and I’m very happy with the end result. One being a manual for a Nissan frontier and the latter being automatic for the Ram 1500 truck.

I believe the best way you find out about a repair facility/shop and it’s commitment/ethical character in providing honest repairs is when something actually goes wrong. As was the case of the Ram 1500 rebuild. After taking the truck home their was a small leak near the back of the transmission after a couple of attempts without success the problem was located, it was a hole in the back of yoke spline. This part was not designed to have a hole and was defective even before I brought this in, it should have been solid.

This shop spent a lot of man hours after the sale to take care of the problem and satisfy me. In addition, since they did not catch this hole in the spline immediately and I suspect no one else would have either and the for inconvenience, they at no cost to me replaced the U-joint and yoke. Advanced Transmissions was willing to do whatever it took to have a satisfied customer.

I seldom write reviews but when a company goes out and exceeds my expectations and delivers outstanding customer satisfaction and follow-up as did Advance Transmissions. I feel the need to get the word out that this company wants your return business and they are willing to earn it.

My husband was having his car worked on at the shop and we needed to have a transmission shipped there to complete the job. When I called to speak with somebody to let them know about the transmission being shipped the man I spoke with was being very inappropriate. Even though I was calling to talk about my husbands car the man asked where I was from. When I told him I was from [redacted] he continued on to tell me he would love to come pick me up in his private plane and take me out. I was surprised by his comment especially since he knew my husbands car was at the shop. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service that was given to me. When I called the store owner to report what had occurred he said he was busy and couldn't talk and he would return my call. Of course he never did and when my husband called him back later the owner pretended that I had never called him. This is supposed to be a place of business not a place to try to get with married women. My husband and I recommend to never go to this place for anything. Vehicle was towed in due to catastrophic failure.(due to motor over heating problems.) Advanced Transmissions had[redacted]a come down and sign paper work to have her transmission repaired. The agreement was for a rebuilt transmission and installation of the rebuilt transmission, price of $2,800. Advanced Transmissions started work on 2/19/14. The car was dropped off on a Saturday so we could not start work until the work week began. Advanced Transmissions goes by first come first serve basis. She was our third customer in line. We explained it would take three to four days, all party's were in agreement. Advanced Transmissions received 7-12 phone calls from Monday to Wednesday. We explained on one of these phone calls date of February 19th 2014 we had the transmission out of the vehicle and would disassemble transmission asap. Upon dismantlement the transmission was dead on arrival, the case was ruined, all hard parts were super heated, and were severely damaged, at this point we called[redacted]. [redacted] our sales representative explained to[redacted]as Husband that the transmission was in very bad shape and the price to repair would be astronomical. [redacted] our sales representative explained getting a used transmission and rebuilding a usable core would be necessary and the most cost efficient. At this point the husband was very angry and disrespectful using all kinds of curse and swear words to describe his feelings.The husband screamed and was belittling our sales representative saying he was a lair, and a crook.After a long heated discussion Advanced Transmissions and[redacted]as husband had came to an understanding of getting a used transmission and rebuilding it. The price of the used transmission was negotiated and accepted by both party's. Advanced Transmissions located this used transmission via LKQ. LKQ expressed it would take 3-6 business days for arrival of transmission. [redacted] our Sales rep. explained this to[redacted]a. She was completely understanding of the situation.[redacted]as husband proceed to call after[redacted]a, he was very very angry, yelling, screaming, threatening, actually scaring our clean up guy tom. We found this to be very disrespectful and unnecessary. Seeing how this husband wasn't even on our contract. as the 3-6 business days passed Advanced Transmission received several more rude phone calls, at this point its been about 9-10 days. One day before arrival of the transmission from LKQ, the husband called once again this time he had expressed that he had found a transmission online, and had paid for it already. [redacted] our sales rep explained that the transmission wold arrive in no less then twelve hours. The husband hung the phone up, and drove to our facility. Upon arrival the husband was in a very poor mood yelling and screaming at all of the Advanced Transmissions staff. [redacted] our sales rep was threatened by the husband, "I don't know what your looking at you little bh, ill come around the counter and knock your teeth out". At this point [redacted] went int the back and got a few of the staff to make sure that no violence would occur. The situation slowly settled down and he agreed to wait for the transmission from LKQ, but expressed he would not pay for it, that he had one coming. Our transmission showed up before his, in regards of getting the transmission and vehicle finished and out of our facility we rebuilt LKQs transmission and put it in the same day. [redacted] called[redacted]a to let her know her vehicle was completed. She was very happy.[redacted]as husband called and was livid, why? we have no understanding, he was just angry. When[redacted]a and her husband showed up at Advanced Transmissions [redacted] the sales rep was in a meeting, and would be back in 20 minutes. [redacted] the builder called [redacted] in the middle of the meeting and expressed that[redacted]a and her husband were there to pick their car up and were verbally abusing all of the staff. [redacted] instructed [redacted] to call the Police, and that he would cut his meeting short and would be there in 5 minutes. When [redacted] showed up to the facility there were two cars full of people with 2 pit bull dogs. [redacted] started talking to[redacted]a and explained the Advanced Transmissions had no credit card machine, and would not accept a check from this party, only because of displayed behavior.[redacted]as husband went out side and made several phone calls and another truck showed up with a few more people in it. At this point the police show up and the husband and[redacted]a left and another lady by the name of [redacted] came down to pay the vehicles bill, but she only had a credit card. The only way to take a credit card that Advanced Transmission had available was over the phone. So that's how the bill was paid.[redacted]a and the Husband took the car and left to [redacted]. On the way home to [redacted] the car over heated, the same problem that originally burnt the first transmission so severely. They expressed they were stopping payment on the card. Advanced Transmissions was not surprised that's the reason we don't accept credit cards, lots of people do this scam. Advanced Transmissions was not paid for our parts or transmission that we had received from LKQ. in regards to the sexual harassment statement we have no comment. Our workers are very professional ad Advanced Transmissions has a Zero Tolerance policy for these kind of accusations. Requested a refund for the inoperative transmission purchased, plus damages incurred in trying to determine problem.My husband and I purchased a rebuilt 4L80E transmission with warranty on July 12, 2013.Invoice [redacted] for $1639.41 from salesman [redacted]. Installed it in my truck. July 13, 20 mile test drive checked out. On July 14, made a 62 mile trip and transmission overheated severely, leaving me stranded. I had it taken in to my dealership to diagnose any possible installation mistakes. Mistakes in installation were ruled out, and it was determined the issue was inside the transmission. I had the dealership call Advanced Transmission to go over the diagnosis. The Advanced Transmission Tech told the service advisor of my dealership: "sounds like we owe them another unit". I attempted to get Advanced Transmission's owner on the phone to make shipping arrangements, since I was now looking at a $350 shipping bill to return the transmission, or the 6 hour drive. He agreed to split shipping: I would pay one way, the would pay return, and he would get a "replacement unit" on it's way. The following week, we had confirmation the unit we shipped had arrived, but nothing had shown up to replace it. Phone calls only consisted of "he's not here", or "call back at such and such" Another whole week passes, we continue to try to get answers as to where our replacement is. Nearly three weeks after the original agreement to replace (August 13)The dealership tells me that Advanced Transmission is willing to bring the "replacement" to Sacramento (a 3 hour drive)for me to meet them to pick it up. I make arrangements for a ride, and drive up to get the replacement transmission. Much to my surprise, [redacted], their driver, has brought the SAME transmission back to me. I got very mad, and expressed my dissatisfaction about this... He assured me that "his best man, had gone through the unit and it was guaranteed to work perfectly" At this point, I have no other option, but to try this unit again. So I pay to have installed, by the dealership, where the truck has now been sitting for 3 weeks. They begin installation, and find an inferior connector, they call [redacted] and he tells them to repair it, at his expense. They repair that, and complete the installation, only to find on test drive that the EXACT same issue still exists. They call [redacted] and tell him. He offers to come out and take the truck to repair it himself. After dealing with them on the phone for the past 4 weeks, and having some very negative feelings of what their business practices might be, I declined letting them take my truck to Reno to work on it, I requested a refund of my money and my original transmission core, so that I could just start over. This made [redacted] mad, he began badmouthing the dealership, and complaining about my lack of patience, and everyone trying to rush getting this truck back on the road. I sent a letter to Advance Transmission giving them the option of refunding me or paying for the repairs to be done at a local shop of thier choice. They responded only with a very cryptic summary of their side of the story. The service advisor at my dealership, helped us locate another core, find someone to rebuilt it, and install it. This was done, Truck returned in perfect working order, on Sept 6th. On September 9th I sent another letter to Advanced Transmission, again requesting refund, and partial monetary damages incurred by having purchased a transmission from them. As of today October 6, they have not responded. Desired SettlementMy request now is for a total refund of $1639.41 plus damages incurred of $1628.68, the total invoice from [redacted] for diagnosis, Removal, shipping, Repair and Reinstallation of the transmission unit from Advance Transmission Invoice #[redacted]. I paid this mechanic shop to repair/ replace the transmission on my vehicle. The mechanic shop offered a year warranty an turned us away after ten months because thy were unable to fix what they broke. My vehicle had been in and out of the shop for almost a year for the same issue with out being repaired. When the car was returned the car was empty on gas and filthy with food,grease and oil from the mechanic shop. Also I have had to tow the car back into the shop about four times because the car has broken down while I have been driving on the freeway. After the "[redacted] the Manager" had informed me the car was safe. [redacted] had informed that he would help us with the towing bill, but unfortunately he later said the car was our problem. Lastly after asking the staff at Advanced Transmission of Reno to return my car, so that I could get the repair done else where. The staff informed me that the car was pulled apart and was unable to be returned to me until a week later. When I came to pick up the car. The car was not repaired and the staff informed there was another issues that had to be repaired. I spoke with the receptionist and asked for description of what had to be repaired, but they refused to give me a receipt The staff also refused to give me the owner name.Product_Or_Service: Transmission repair/replacedDesired SettlementI would like the money that I paid to get the transmission repaired and also to get the turbo repaired. The turbo was brand new when the car was taken into the shop. Because of the lack of knowledge and or equipment metal shavings are inside the oil and pan and the turbo. I would also like to be reimburse for the towing of my car to the mechanic.Business Response First of all we appreciate [redacted] business and in no way refused warranty work. [redacted] came in to our shop for transmissions repairs. After repairs, vehicle was returned to customer, the customer had the car for a couple of months and then brought the vehicle back, saying that there were still some issues. Advanced Transmissions has and had no problem resolving these issues to satisfy our customer. A customer that returns to our facility for repairs more then once is considered top priority. The very last time [redacted] brought his vehicle back [redacted] our lead technician verified that [redacted] had a malfunctioning torque converter and a bad turbo barring. The torque converter was under warranty so Advanced Transmissions would honor this warranty. The broken part in [redacted] statement was pertaining to the turbo which we informed him we had nothing to do with going bad or having bad barrings, this was a separate part. As far as the empty gas food and grease, will not comment on. Vehicles in Advanced Transmissions care are treated with the up-most respect and care. [redacted] turbo being bad prior to transmissions repairs could and probably led to the failure of his transmission and torque converter. After [redacted] one of our R&R technicians informed [redacted] about his turbo and explained the risk several times the vehicle was returned without the repair of the turbo. This was grounds for termination of the warranty. Advanced Transmissions was working with [redacted] in the most professional way offering to repair the torque converter that was destroyed by [redacted] refusal to replace the turbo. Review: I had check engine light in my 2001 Honda Accord, I saw advertisement in local paper from Advance Transmission for free diagnostic, So I dropped my car and left for 2 days , first of all he did not call me back so I called him to find out problem and estimate repair cost, He estimated me around $550 , so make sure with him twice and went at location and discussed in detail about problem and repair cost as well as double check with him repairing will take care of my check engine light problem and he also mentioned that in case it comes back I can bring back my car to him. After all I agree to pay roughly $705 for repair and other maintenance service I picked my car after 2 days and next day check engine light came back so I called him and he said he will do some research about it, he did not call me for 3 days and when I called him he asked me drop my car for further diagnosis, I dropped car on Wednesday morning but he did not call me till Monday noon, so I called again and he said there are some other problems and estimated me additional $ 400 for repair , I refused to pay and picked up my car but it wouldn't start so other employee jump start, I drove my car to grocery store ( 2 miles ) , then when I tried to start again same problem so I had to call tow service for jump start again. I tried to resolve problem with discussion but his answer was he fixed part of problem for $700 and he did not get chance to take my car for test drive . so here I am after spending $ 700 , still my car is not repaired and I choose this place because of [redacted] accreditation, I would never ever go there again or recommend anyone, I am trying to resolve through [redacted] for refund or I will go to local Court to fight for my money and against fraud.Desired Settlement: I want my money back , since he did not fixed the problem and had to go through mental stress.

After being in the dirt lot for a week next to the [redacted] service center and one wrong thing after another, we called Advanced Transmission. They came and got our truck they listened to what we wanted to better pull our 5th wheel and within the week we were back on the road. I will tell all our traveling buddies to see these guys for any of their transmission needs.

Not at all happy with this business and would not recommend. First let me say I bear some blame as I did not get a written estimate, however the estimate was given after the transmission was apart so I trusted it was quite accurate. Wrong

My bill ended up over a thousand dollars over estimate, then a week later I had to take it back as it wasn't shifting correctly. They did fix it at no charge and it did fine until I was in Oregon when I had more problems, fortunately the shop I took it too was honest and fixed it for under $200. They did tell me that the high end torque converter that Advanced had charged me $1800 for was nothing special and should not have been more than $750 tops.

I had covered just over 8000 miles between picking it up from Advanced, walking out of there with a $5K bill, and taking it to the shop in Oregon. You can probably see why my review is negative. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

I took my car to Advance Transmission for a 2nd opinion. Made a 10:00am appointment to have my fluid changed. Upon my arrival, was told a lift was not available-would I leave it and they would do a diagnostic. Day 2.The side cover had been removed/drained and it was covered in fluid and dirty. After hearing their opinion, recommendation & repair price, I could not agree on the cost. They refused to put clean fluid back in and said their mechanic may adjust the repair price. Day 3 The negotiated price was refused by me- they offered to buy the car as it ran "quote" so strong with only 83000 mi./requested my car back.It was returned in worse runnning condition/locked in overdrive. BEWARE of Advance Transmission..

Review: In mid December I took my truck to them for a transmission problem. Talking with the guy at the desk, he quickly got the problem diagnosed and parts ordered, claimed it would be a two day job. After two days he called and said they still have noise coming from the transmission that it would be a few more days. I picked the truck up and paid over $4400.00 in cash, the full balance. Two days later the transmission started making noise again. The truck was returned along withe a video of the noise given to the shop and I was told to drive the truck and see if it gets worse. Unsatisfied with the anwser, I took a day off of work to visit with the shop and told them they were giving my wife the run around and they needed to rectify the situation and fix the truck. That asked me to leave the truck overnight. I returned the next day and they said they did not hear any noises. I took the truck home and heard the noise when I got home. I climbed under the truck to find a hole in the housing of the transmission. The noise continues and a clunking noise when shifting. I took it back and wanted to take the tech for a drive. I showed the tech the hole in the housing and he said it happened while taking the flywheel off. I gave him a ride and he heard the clunking noise while shifting and the whining noise. They asked me to leave the truck again. It's been at the shop again for two weeks with no progress made. I called and asked the status and was told they think they pinpointed the whine noise but nothing for the clunking noise while shifting. I told the shop they are putting me in a bind as I work out of town and my wife has to get kids to school in the mornings. I was offered a car with expired registration. No progress has been made on the truck, no refunds have been given and no time frame has been given as to when the truck will be worked on.Desired Settlement: Partial refund and proper repair of transmission along with repair of broken parts on the shops part. Would like to handle out of court.
