Very disappointed! I scheduled Advanced Tree Service to come out to do an estimate on a job (one tree and a few stump removals), we liked their prices, honesty, and promptness to the estimateIt all changed after thatThey stated during the estimate they would call us back to get us scheduled within a few weeks and never didWe ended up calling back and scheduled an appointment which was about 3-weeks outOur appointment was slated to be in the afternoon on AugustMy husband took the day off of work to be home to meet the workersHere it is quickly approaching 2:and nobody has yet showed up nor did anybody call to give a status, apologize for tardiness....nothing I proceeded to call to get an update and the lady I spoke with had no clue as to what was going onWe hung up so she could call the owner to get an updateA few minutes later, she called back and stated that there was a hand injury of one of the employees during the first job and that it was taking longer than anticipated (completely understandable)However, she then went on to say that nobody would be coming out to my house! No offer to reschedule, nothing Here we are under the impression for the past month or so, we would finally be able to get some yard work accomplished and beautify our property to be shot down with only an "I am sorry" from the secretary/assistantThe owner didn't even have the audacity to phone his apologies to try to make it rightBad business I originally chose this company after conducting thorough research, referrals from neighbors and close friends whom I trust completely, and they are localTo be this disrespected is completely uncalled forI will be taking my business elsewhere and will never refer this company to anybody!

Advanced tree service did a great job on my propertyThey were prompt and friendlyThe price and quote that was given was fare and reasonableThank you for your serviceWill recommend to friends and family

Advanced Tree Service did an amazing job at my houseSo happy to see the results and my fiance and I will definitely recommend this companyWe do not have to be afraid of winter storms having the trees taking out our houseThe crew of Steve, Rob and Chris were awesome

Brooks the owner was at my home after the windstorm of Jan to bid on a fallen tree's removalI asked him how much he would charge to cut-back the neighbors tree that had caused the damage - I showed him how she had her tree trimmed in her front yard He said he could do the cut-back for $On Feb he called and said he and most of his crew were ill so postponed the appt I left instructions on my door while I was at work about where to put the wood after cutting it when he was well I heard nothing from him until I called him I communicated that there were some cut logs in my backyard and wanted to know when they would finish the work this was two days after the appt His response was that it was completedThey only cut limbs, I reminded him that he was cutting back the whole tree - "not for $450" was his responseHe agreed to 1/the price and to at least move the wood the next day - he never came back
